*People are very friendly and very generous and I’m happy with the customer service.
The issue is the food temperature and quality of the food and the timing of the food.
The food is always semi warm unless it came up within 5 minutes then it is hot. The quality is the food is poor... you know when you eat food you normally feel good and filling. Maybe it is me but 100% of the time I am constipated and don’t feel good after I eat it compared to quality food. The quality of the chicken is just not right. Slimy and different texture. Makes me feel sick after for about an hour. The timing of the food, I’ve walked out 2-4 times because they had to put down an order of greens for me. I waited 5 minutes then someone ordered greens at drive thru and another food person took the greens then I had to wait another 5 minutes. I was standing there thinking and was like very unorganized and walked out. Wasn’t really upset it was just poor communication. I think think place has potential to be great but as of right now they’re poor. If management is reading this, don’t take it as an insult but a way to improve. If it was my business I’d be looking for ways to improve the food quality and look for new supplier of meats and vegetables or find an alternative way to cook it. The food needs to always be hot- find ways to make it happen.
Every time someone walks into there everyone says “ Welcome to Panda “ Everyone’s heads are down no matter where they’re they say it and it is absolutely unwanted at least by me. Quality over quantity... make one greet by ONE person so it is more meaningful.
This is managements fault. You need to fix these little things or you won’t last another year in business. Make it the best place. Find ways to improve food quality. When greeting someone have only one person greet or don’t at all. We the people already know we are welcomed or your doors would be locked. Don’t need to be welcomed in and then welcomed out.. it is Over kill. Remember that a little is better than too much.
I’ll come back in , in 3 months. See if anything changed. My $7.30 meal went into the trash at my house twice. It just isn’t right. Will be getting more food later.
Let me point out that there are people who eat can goods and food out the box and then eat at a restaurant and yes anything is better than can goods. This feed back I’m giving you is me, I’ve traveled all over the United States. Lived in multiple states: florida, Georgia , California. I eat out 3-4 days a week. I know quality and what is good. I really want to see this place with a 4-5 star rating. The 3 star should be a 1 star for food quality. Customer service is 4. If the customer service wasn’t so friendly I probably wouldn’t be coming back but this place has...
Read moreTo say that this was a great Panda Express location to eat would definitely be a joke. I would also say to those who ate here and said it was great had not obviously had or know what real authentic chinese food is supposed to taste like especially if you're talking about Panda Express in particular (This franchise is 10x better on the westcoast than it is here) I happen to go on a day off and was curious to try this place since it was one of the very few Panda Express available here in Ohio especially in the area. To get to the point the food I had was awful and mind you it hadn't been open for the day for almost an hour!. The chow mein (noodles) had a strong overly-burned/scorched taste to it & it was nearly so-dry and what was supposedly beijing beef also was horrible. The fried rice was also awful as if it was just warmed up etc. The staff there was young adults who basically were like high-schoolers but don't get me wrong they were friendly BUT it doesn't make up for the food they served!. Overall I don't know if I had went on a bad day or if that was the norm there BUT what I do know is when a person comes to a place especially for the first time it's supposed to make a first good impression definitely when it comes down to the food. I started to go back to the front counter to complain since basically what I paid for I ended up throwing away (& that was a first for a person like me who loves to eat so I know what it's supposed to taste like since I've ate at quite a few Panda Express's & never had a disappointment lol!). It was a good thing I had a small bag of Doritos to eat instead. I hope this review helps as far as your decision-to-make etc but for me personally I would never go back here again because I've actually had...
Read moreOrdered online for pick up. The food wasn't ready on time. They just started preparing chicken teriyaki when the order was supposed to be ready. The rest of the order was already packed and just sat in the containers for 15 minutes while they cooked more chicken teriyaki. Things happen and I understand. But why would you start filling the plates with food if you don't have everything cooked yet? End result is everything got cold while waiting for them to cook an item that they didn't have enough of. Worst of all during this time not a single apology and I was served by their manager, her name is Wesley. Asked the manager for order to be remade with warm rice and warm orange chicken, since they were already packed in containers when I got there and gotten cold. She refused. She entirely ignore all the questions I asked her and just gave me the rude look back. I order at this location a lot and employees are always nice. But Wesley, the shift manager today, was absolutely rude. Definitely not how a manager should act
This was an online order placed a head of time, so they knew what was needed and by what time. Not the first time this happened. Not really sure what is the point of offering pick up time if it is never ready by that time.
But they main reason for 1 star review is how their manager, Wesley, treats customers. Zero...
