I'm making this rating based on how something was handled. I don't shop here because I'm not from the area. I lost a very valuable item recently which part of me believes maybe was returned but someone working there may have kept it instead of leaving it in the lost and found. I made a police report and called corporate because after 30+ calls to every single department in that store, not a single line answered.... I called hysterical just hoping one person would answer and go check for my item before someone noticed it and took it and no one answered. Had someone answered, maybe my item would still be there. There is no reason you should not be able to reach a store. Pharmacy didn't answer, customer service didn't answer, none of them...and how does that make sense? I called corporate and eventually got to someone who agreed to help because the first guy gave not one fk about my problem. My issue was recorded by the second corporate rep but I have doubts that this location cared enough to even investigate. I'm sure the cop involved from the report didn't actually review any footage either like he claimed to. He claims several people were around the area after I lost my item but at the same time claimed there was no camera with a good angle to see anything.. THERE ARE A FEW DOZEN CAMERAS IN THAT AREA BECAUSE IT HAPPENED AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE. THE PART OF THE STORE WITH THE MOST CAMERAS...So I guess that's the narrative the manager is going with too. Not to mention, no one followed up with me. I had to contact the police myself even though he said he would call me and I never heard from this target's manager about my report to corporate. Their name is either Nick or Eric I believe, not sure. They could have done simple things like notify all the departments because one of them could have found the ring or someone may have turned the ring in to them. They could have allowed me to post signs up. They didn't let me when I went down to do so, not even temporarily. You're allowed to keep every single phone line in the store turned off but you want to talk about policy when someone is desperately looking for their expensive and sentimental lost item. I should have known that Parma would be the wrong place for a person like me to receive any real consideration...someone at this location is probably holding on to my item and enjoyed seeing me completely stressed about it. What goes around comes around though.... I just hope that if someone does decide to return it that they will still contact us and let us know....if they don't just have it themselves. Then I'll...

Terrible customer service experience with Brittany in the electronics kiosk to check out. I was buying 2 Lego sets while shopping for them I saw the kiosk in electronics ring someone out, after I selected the $350 in legos I was buying, I walked over to electronics and rang the bell as no one was at the area, the worker Brittany walked over with an annoyed look, I asked if I could check out real quick for the 2 Lego sets I had, she said no and that it’s only for electronics, so I mentioned other guests were rang out there while I was shopping for legos, she informed me that if I wanted to check out there I needed to buy an electronic, I’ve checked out there many times prior, so I said if I go buy something in electronics can I check out here, rudely she said I guess???… she informed me I could check out in the front, when I came in there were 2-3 lanes open and just self check out, the items I had were secured with spider wire. So I explained there was a long line and she just kinda grunted at me like I was disturbing her. So I go walk back up front but before doing so I came back and asked for her name, she spoke up loudly and said her name and was like have a good night in a really rude tone. So as I’m walking upfront I see her speed walking past and go up to self check out while we get in line, she keeps looking over in our direction leaning over whispering to her co worker at self check out, so she finishes talking to her and then speed walks to customer service, I’m assuming to let them know I was unhappy. But either way it was rude to do that, I just asked for her name, no reason for her to leave the area and travel thru the store trying to make a big deal about her rudeness and poor customer service, so I get to self check out and the lady who she was speaking to was super awesome, very friendly and helpful, maybe Brittany should take some pointers from her on customer service. I explained what happened at electronics and the associate at self check out apologized and said sorry that shouldn’t have happened and apologized for Brittany being rude. The self check out associate was helpful and friendly. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time, no reason for Brittany to be rude like that. If she doesn’t like dealing with customers and retail situations she should find something different to do. I come to target often, usually to buy legos and other impulse items. It’s unacceptable for anyone to treat the customer poorly, specially when I was pleasant and friendly the...

Target needs to address their signage to reflect a better card buying policy An employee who physically removes a product from a paying customer could face several legal claims: Assault and Battery: Assault is an act that creates a reasonable apprehension of imminent harmful or offensive contact. Battery is the actual harmful or offensive touching of another person without their consent. Grabbing an item from a customer's hands could be considered battery, and the preceding motion could be considered assault. False Imprisonment: If the customer is detained or their freedom of movement is restricted in any way during the incident, they may have a claim for false imprisonment. Conversion: This is the civil law equivalent of theft. If the employee takes the product after the customer has paid for it, they have wrongfully interfered with the customer's ownership rights. I expect a call from asset protection to discuss this hands on matter.

Decent size store with almost everything you need. I went there to shop baby products and had a great deal compared to other stores and online competitors. They have a very good selection of baby products in different categories. The only place I found vitamin D3 drops for babies among other stores. This store has a CVS pharmacy, photo center. They had best iPad deals period. Thanksgiving and Christmas times are great for shopping due to their awesome deals. The baby registry online is a very useful part of the web shopping experience where family and friends can purchase and contribute. The staff at the counters were quick, helpful. There is a pizza shop and Starbucks inside the store. Rest rooms are clean. Plenty of parking.

Hey guys, this was my very first time at this location. I only went in because I had to use the bathroom extremely bad however I needed a few items and so I went shopping for them. My son needed some rice water for his hair. He found that at an affordable price and I came across some other items that I didn’t go for, but couldn’t pass up like the table lamp that was on sale for less than five dollars and the cute straw toppers. The bathroom was really clean. The store was clean. There was an employee that helped us find what we were looking for she was extremely nice! The lines were not long and checkout was a breeze. If ever in that area again, I would visit that target… again.
