Sidekicks Tavern — Restaurant in Parma

Okay, I left a review about 10 months ago because we stopped in to get a bite to eat. We were told then by the barmaid that the kitchen was closed for 2 years. So my question is, why didn't I get an answer from the owner on this question, and why are they still saying that there's food and the kitchen is open? Other reviews also said that there is no food and the kitchen is closed. So why do you keep posting that there's food and the kitchen is open? When the kitchen was open before it was very good and we often had food when we went there. Needless to say, we didn't stay that night when we went 10 months ago because we were looking for something to eat, and there were three of us that night. Update: 11/14/2024, It's still showing pictures on here with food from 7 years ago. Why don't they update the site so people know not to come here expecting to order food. Fun little neighborhood tavern. Stopped in on a late Saturday afternoon with the Wifey for some ice cold bevies on a 90+ degree day. A/C was kickin and the regulars were sippin! Small crowd and some great conversations were had. Bartender did an absolutely amazing job as an impromptu bar crawl walked in 20 deep. Everyone was served in a timely fashion with a smile and no complaints. Very impressive. More people and regulars started to trickle in getting tuned up and ready for karaoke night using the ice cold drinks to loosen up the pipes. Wasn’t offered a menu so kitchen most likely closed. My first and last time. The bartender was trashed. And then she took it upon herself to go ahead and charge my card for my friend's drink tab too She didn't even ask first. Rule #1 Don't be wasted behind the bar Rule #2 Don't be charging people's cards for other people's drinks without their permission or knowledge. Rule #3 At least be nice about it.
