State Road Pizza — Restaurant in Parma

Updated 2/17/2023. See bottom of original review below. I just order for the first time today. Estimated delivery time an hour+ but I totally understand it's a Friday night. The woman on the phone who took my order was extremely nice. So excellent customer service. That's what the 5 star review is for so far. I ordered meatball sub, jojo fries & mozzarella sticks. I will update once my food is delivered and I taste it. 😊 UPDATE: Food was really good & hot. Delivery girl was very nice as well. I just added them to my contacts. I will definitely be ordering here again. I will not be changing my 5 star review. Only regret I have is I should have tried this place 3yrs ago when I moved to parma. First complaint is according to the take out menu located Inside the store, my total should have been $14.99, however the total was $20.99 and I was told prices simply have gone up which is understandable but you might want to change the menu you have posted in your restaurant? Second complaint, the pizza truly, and im not joking, tasted like the opened a digiorno frozen pizza and slid it into their oven. I would be shocked if anything was made fresh in house, crust tasted like frozen dough, cheese was extremely low quality, sauce was ok, pepperoni was such a low quality it actually had burnt ends. I've ordered from State Road Pizza multiple times. They're always very nice on the phone, and in person. My husband and I have had their pizza and mozzarella sticks many times (i have kind of a miiiiinor obsession with mozzarella sticks), but we've also had their jojos, Stromboli, meatball sub, and a couple other things. The pizza is always well cooked, not under or overdone, and pretty well cut.

Note: Their mozz stick marinara sauce is SO good. I think it has a little more garlic than other marinaras. That may be a negative for some people if they don't like garlic, but you can also just get pizza sauce with them.
