Subway — Restaurant in Parma

I UNDERSTANF ITS A PANDEMIC. BUT ON THE WINDOW IT SAID CARRY OUT. My friend did his order online because he didn't have his card on him but me and my boyfriend were going to do carryout. The lady in there told us to stand outside and wait. We told her okay. Then she told us we couldn't get our order because it was online only. MIND YOU THERE WAS A GUY IN THE STORE DOING A CARRYOUT ORDER! My friend got his order and we left. 5 minutes later she called my friend. FROM THE store phone and tried to continue the argument. AFTER WE LEFT. I don't know about any of you but it felt very uncomfortable because she called us. Completely unprofessional and like dude. We are a bunch of teenagers and she's a grown adult. This is my third and final try at this location. Unbelievable! They need to shut this location down. The workers are rude the girl acted like I was bothering her when I came in, bread seems like it is not cooked all the way, it's SUPER DOUGHY, they had no pickles(how can a place run out of toppings? ) I wanted to see how fresh the items were and I was asked to step back. I can not and will not give this location another chance. The health department needs to shut them down and Subway needs to pull the franchise license from the owner. The manager needs to be fired. Just moved to Parma. This might be the best Subway in NEO. The sub I just had was a Top 3 Subway Sub of all time. If you think all Subway tastes the same, you are wrong.

Savannah, the manager, was the one who handled my order. She was great. Give her a raise to keep her around. Here are the highlights:

Portion sizes are great. Not skimped. A real sub. My sub is layered and stacked like art. Most subway sandwiches are all over the place. This was handcrafted. Fast service, in and out. Most sandwich artists can’t tell the lettuce from the tomatoes. Friendly. Welcoming. Inviting. Keep coupons on deck. Had an extra coupon for me to use on my sub meal.
