Well... I realize the whole breakfast thing is new, but it was painfully obvious that a full 4 days after things started that there was only complete chaos when it came to the food and service. I got in line at 10:02 on Saturday morning with 5 customers in front of me and about 6-8 people who already ordered food and were waiting for their orders. At 10:14 two whole people had placed their order when I overheard the manager say that he thought they were going to have to stop breakfast and switch over to lunch. After hearing groans from at least 3 people behind me he then told the girl (yes 1 girl) taking orders to hurry and get the orders taken. About 3-4 mins. later I placed my order. Not once, not twice but three times. During at which time the girl taking my order kept looking into the kitchen or at random space then asking me what I wanted, repeat the wrong order and we'd start over again. The order was simple, Sausage egg and cheese sandwich, potatoes and a large chocolate frosty cino. A #8 I believe. The food itself was good but nothing to write home about. Judging from my sandwich half on half off the bun, everything was being hastily made. I had to wait on the potatoes and although they were screaming hot, the first 3 or 4 tasted like fish. I didn't notice it thereafter. The chocolate frosty cino tasted alot like the ice coffee I had from a different Wendy's on Wednesday. There was no visible sign of any ice cream being added. There are other items I would love to try, but I'll give it a week or two before I test my luck. I'm guessing if Wendy's us not going to open until 9 or 10 in the morning for breakfast and then serve it for only an hour, this idea will be...
Read moreThis is your standard Wendy’s more or less Rating the food… I’m being rather generous with 3 stars. Nothing about the items I’ve had screams “quality” if anything it’s all been subpar other than the fries (sometimes),Frostys are always good. The soda would be better if it wasn’t that freestyle machine but that’s my opinion. Now you’d think par to subpar food would be enough to at least earn 3.5 stars but nearly every time I’ve eaten here I’ve gotten some form of stomachache/sickness. (Worst of which was after some of the chili on a baked potato) Feels like something isn’t getting cleaned right or someone isn’t washing their hands. Anyway the items I think you can trust and enjoy are the fries, baked potatoes (sans chili), and frostys. Anything else err on the side of caution.
The employees vary from nice to rude in my experience, there isn’t much in between. I don’t really rate the service on how nice or not someone is to me anyway especially in a drive-thru. I rate the service based on if I received all my items and if they are the correct items. This location frequently forgets items in an order or accessories to items like forks, spoons, or even straws. Frustrating but not the end of the world.
I can’t rate the atmosphere because I’ve never been inside, though it doesn’t look dirty or anything from what I’ve seen...
Read moreThey really need to clean this place up. Huge puddle in the middle of the floor that nobody bothered to clean for the 30 minutes I was here. Manager and customer arguing over a slice of cheese and neither side would relent. The dyed blonde hair guy has zero people skills yet they keep him at the register. No hello, barely any eye contact, walks like he is underwater, and doesn't take any initiative for customer needs. I'm not trying to bury this kid but he needs some proper training, and if he physically or mentally can't handle it then maybe put him somewhere else where he would be better suited. Also flies all over the place so that means maggots are somewhere festering because I seen more flies in here than I did outside during afternoon errands. This place fell off big time. I don't remember it being this bad. Oh and for some reason the blonde guy got my frosty first while I waited an additional 5+ minutes for a small order so it was nice to have the dessert melted before I...
