I stopped by this Dunkin’ today (July 15, 2025) at 6:47 AM for the advertised $5 Meal Deal and specifically ordered a medium iced Cocha Mocha coffee with coffee milk. Instead, I was handed a medium iced coffee, regular milk and sugar . Coffee is how I start my day, and receiving the wrong drink—again—completely soured my morning.
Unfortunately, this isn’t my first bad experience here. A few weeks ago, I ordered a large Cocha Mocha Signature Latte and the cup was literally half-full. I showed the half-filled cup to the woman at the counter; she apologized and said I could get a free remake “next time.” Seriously, no one wants to spend extra time, gas, just for a mistake that never should’ve happened.
To make matters worse, the man in the blue T-shirt (he appears to be the manager) takes the headset mid-order (initially a lady was noting the order) and gives me this reg coffee today.
I’m not in the habit of leaving negative reviews and don’t really have any intentions to potrait them bad but repeated errors and poor customer service leave me no choice. I would appreciate assurance that staff receive proper training on accuracy and customer courtesy.

Read moreI was thrilled when this Dunkin opened because very few have a drive thru. This is about the 4th time I've gone, and the first time I've had a negative experience. I knew I was in trouble the second the drive thru dude asked me for my order as he seemed absolutely clueless. Not only did he not appear to know the difference between a beverage that is cold (i.e., iced coffee), and one that is hot (i.e., not iced coffee), but he also blamed me for his screw-ups. He made it a point to tell me that I should specify that I wanted unsweetened French vanilla. I guess the 4 times I said it wasn't enough. The entire incident was as comical as it was pathetic. I didn't go all Karen on the poor guy as he was just so pathetic. I wish him all the luck in the world when it comes time to look for...
Read morePlease don't eat here! The two women that take the drive through orders always have the nastiest attitudes and have messed up every order I have made. I was so excited for this Dunkin to open because its the only omw on my way to work without having to do a uturn or get off Nj-10. I will never go back though after being given hard over cooked munchkins. I tell the women at window she acts like she doesn't understand so I take one out the bag and tap with my nail to show hardness. This woman took them and put them back in the rack with the other donuts to resale! I touched these donuts with my fingers and she put them back instead of throwing them out.
