This location is the closest to my home, but after my recent experience, I no longer feel comfortable going there. A week or two ago, I visited and placed my usual order — a bowl without rice or beans, with guacamole added first, followed by double chicken and sour cream. I’ve had this order several times before with no issue.
However, during this visit, a cook abruptly interrupted the employee helping me with a loud and rude tone, saying, “Uh uh uh, you don’t do that,” referring to how the guacamole was being added. It was completely uncalled for. I politely asked what the issue was, and instead of calmly explaining any policy change, the cook raised their voice in front of everyone, making the whole situation uncomfortable and embarrassing.
The manager on duty, I believe named Devonte, did step in, but unfortunately wasn’t very helpful either. He repeated the same message, although in a more respectful tone.he asked me who was the one the served me the other times like that? I said how would I know, i don’t know employees working there lol I just been here 3-4 times because i just moved here. I’ve also always had it done this way at other locations and just get charged fine Guac whatever the price is. I understand if there’s a policy in place, but the way it was handled was completely unprofessional. The cook literally stopped cooking to get involved in my order , which made no sense, especially considering I was paying full price and not asking for anything extra for free. Why was he ear hustling my order ????
I even asked if I could get the guacamole cup serving and just add it to the bowl, and they still refused. I asked for the cook’s name and was told no, only the manager’s name was given. So since they didn’t want to give me the cooks name, the best I can describe him or her respectfully it was a man with a wig. There was zero willingness to accommodate or treat me respectfully.
I’ve never had an issue like this before, and I genuinely hope this can be addressed, because customers should never be made to feel humiliated or treated this poorly — especially over something so minor...
Read moreApparently only takes online orders but don’t have a sign on the door informing walk-in customers nor did they inform right away so not only did we have to wait, we had to wait even longer and inform the guests that walked in after…. (After watching ‘the manager’s friend’) order and get their food right away in front of everybody else waiting. You can tell this location is dirty up until before closing. Mess of ingredients everywhere along where they prepare food… tables where people sit…. Was obvious an employee was wretching and felt sick but wasn’t sent home and mind you was the only one without a mask. As a manager myself, this was a display of VERY poor management. Employee is sick and displaying actions as if they’re gonna throw up? Send them home through the back. Keep your location where your guests sit to eat and workspace where you prepare your food, clean. Have a sign that explains how you’re currently operating to avoid confusion… and DEFINITELY don’t display ‘special treatment’ IN FRONT of waiting/hungry guests. We don’t know the relationship you share, nor do we care. All we know is we have to wait but these other guests don’t… KEEP YOUR SILVERWARE AREA YOU EXPECT YOUR GUESTS TO PICK UP CLEAN. I’m a bit of a neat freak myself and upon leaving the tables were finally clean, but the floors are neglected. I’d suggest some corporate training...
Read moreHey so I never post reviews, I think fast food restaurant reviews are especially dumb and everyone should try places for themselves to formulate their own opinion, however, this location is so poorly run I am compelled to do my civic duty and warn anyone on the fence about coming here to not come. First of all, they are constantly running out of food, had my delivery driver there an hour for an item they ran out of. 2nd they close super early on a whim. Wednesday night 2 hours before closed? You may be met with a Microsoft Word document crudely written out with the message “we closed early, sorry”. What chain restaurant do you know closes extra early and leaves a note multiple times a month? My last gripe isn’t super serious but pick up orders are consistently wrong, I feel like someone back there spins a wheel with the items I ordered on it and decided whatever ever it lands on gets left out of the bag. “Hey guys look it landed in between quac and chips, lets leave out both!”. Please, when faced with multiple options to feed yourself and your family, help me and my newfound vendetta against this location and go with the other options. Chickfila is right next door (their intimidating line moves faster than you think), I think Kohls in the same shopping center has candy bars, please pick anything but this...
