Update: we have returned to this location several times since the below review. This time the bar service and quality was severely lacking. Margarita’s were like lemonade and the Old Fashioned was horrible. They did not know how to make it. To make it worse, the bartender (don’t know her name) was ill mannered and rude with attitude. Only reason I have not taken the star down is because the food service was good. Management should try drinks at their bar and rectify the service.

Overall good food and service. The restaurant continues to evolve and will get better. We had dinner there on Wednesday night around 8:45PM and the wait was about 15 mins for party of 2. Our truffle fries, made to order Calzone and mac and cheese with pulled pork were tasty and above average. Food was served hot and fresh out of the oven - high marks for that. That complimented by our server's excellent service (Thanks Kathleen 52/1) with always smiling face was a refreshing change. The drinks we ordered were average. They seemed a bit diluted with ice and were more like juices vs. cocktails. I do have faith that over time that will improve too, but for now it cost them 1 star. Very few staff members (may be 1-2) actually wore masks and the greeting members were too close to each other for my comfort and without masks (personal preference for now..). I will offer one health suggestion : remove the extra place settings from the table once the party has been seated as they have probability of getting contaminated by guests and used for the next group. In conclusion, certainly give the place a try and enjoy the quality food and advise (not criticize)them of their drinks if you find them a bit "light" so they may excel there too. I will return with family...

Sticky ribs are a must get. Another good place to eat at.

The food was overall really good, the sticky ribs being devoured in approximately 45 secs. Flavorful, a good amount of meat on each and almost fall off the bone level. They should have a full meal based around this, or a large plate of 20 of these. Would buy Manu more times.

The Cubans got good to very good reviews, but not surpassing the average level.

The steak sandwich was very good, just enough horseradish that it was flavorful and there but not overpowering like so many other places.

Sides: fries were OK, nothing amazing, came warm not hot. Onion rings were, simply put, not good. They came over warm, but not crispy, and actually were squishy, as if pulled too early. The sauce provided with it was nice and had we gotten hot crispy onion rings it really would have been able to shine. The sweet potato tots were the redeeming side and come with a sweet marshmallow ish dipping sauce with was absolutely tasty. Kids meal pasta and meatball: seemed to like it, but left the meatball. She did not rav about it, but didn't complain so as a parent, that's a win.

Service: Our waitress was nice, but we felt abandoned after getting our food until it was time to pay. We could have used waters and or refills, but weren't offered them. Probably just an oversight.

The atmosphere was really nice, asthetically pleasing, great booth space to spread out and comfy seats. It wasn't too loud but it also wasn't super packed.

Would def go back, the menu has a fantastic selection, from drinks to food choices, a really great variety for all taste buds.

Side note: we ordered root beers and it comes in bottles and is genuinely one of the best root...

This isn't sour grapes. This isn't a disgruntled customer. This is just my experience. I have been going to this restaurant since they opened their doors. Over the past 9 days this place has treated me like a total piece of trash.

Please keep in mind my usual bill here is well over 30.00 each and every time. There is a manager who works there, overweight short man who has this attitude that is so off puttingm. In the sense that he doesn't seem to care about the customers whatsoever.

I ordered dinner after a long day at my new job. I was going to be spending time with some friends. After ordering a ton of food, which was very expensive, they forgot literally the thing I wanted most the cheese curds. It's a 12.00 app. I figure the next time, since speaking with the manager that night, they'd replace it. Well fast forward to tonight and they forget another item, my gravey from my mash potatoes order.

After letting the appetizer mishap slide, I got a little upset since not even an offer to replace the 12.00 app was said to me. I had to leave my house and drive all the way back to literally pick up gravey. They manager rushes me out, while he doesn't offer my missing app to be replaced.

Just lost a customer. If I was running this place people would be fired left and right. That's not how you treat local, generous spending, patrons who have been loyal since day 1.

I'm sure someone will see this and like with the situations before do nothing. Loyalty in today's world means nothing I guess. ...

The atmosphere is great. It’s ever so slightly upscale. The menu has a lot of quite modern choices and some of them are quite delicious. I usually get an entree, but I recently wanted something lighter, so ordered the flatbread. It was amazing and large enough that I took half home for a second meal. So it turned out to be a great value. The restaurant half of the place is very nice and a really good place to have a date-night. The bar is large. Sometimes the bartenders are fantastic. Sometimes they’re not at all. It’s very uneven, since there’s been a lot of bartender turnover recently. The cocktail menu is okay, but could be more comprehensive. I like when there’s a lot of fun sweet drinks you want to try and there’s not much here that’s unique. But most people will probably be fine with it. The happy-hour is unusually inexpensive. The non-happy hour prices are slightly high for my taste, but that’s just because I’m 58 years old and I feel that way about every restaurant these days. All in all, we like the place a lot and go often. Which is not great for my wallet. But that’s my cheapness showing through. ;)

I love Tommy's! The menu has a little bit of everything, burgers, chicken, pizza, soups, salad, sushi. Went on a Saturday afternoon with some friends, and we got the last open table. The place was jumping, we sat near the bar and there are plenty of TV screens with lots of different programs for your viewing pleasure. Brianna was our server and she was very friendly and checked in on us often, and also made some really good recommendations. The food was good, and everything was cooked to order. Their kettle chips were perfection, ask for a small cup of their garlic aoli spread (I think that's what it was) and use that for dipping the chips. So good! I also tried their Snickerdoodle martini, WOW!! Divine. The only bad thing was, as we were leaving, two hosts were standing by the entrance and didn't say thanks for dining with them, and we hope to see you soon. Even the manager stopped by our table to see how everything was. Overall a good experience, try this place out and judge for yourself.
