Crumbl — Restaurant in Morris Plains

The below discrepancy was finally corrected for me and the store even did an in house training regarding missing points and older customers. That was over and above so thank you to Crumbl. They definitely did the right thing. Big thanks to line manager Nick who really tried to help me and spoke to spoke to manager Alex. Thanks also to manager Sam who helped me directly. Much appreciated!! Five plus stars. I also just had to buy a 4 pack of the Oreo chocolate crumble cookies from this week, so good!! I had already had 2 from another visit!!

Pretty upset with my Crumbl and no customer support to call on my app??!! I called the store but nothing. Yesterday evening I bought 2 4 packs and the person at the register was super busy, I didn’t get a receipt or a chance to enter my phone number and the next day they said too bad, have to get your loyalty points before leaving the store. Thank God my grocery stores and Paris Baguette always help me if I forget to put in my phone number. The guy even looked up my order by name and it was there! With the cost of a single cookie, and I purchased 8, you’d think they would help me. I really enjoyed the eggnog this week. Hope I can...

It's really, really hard for me not to like a chocolate chip cookie, but this place managed it. I don't know if it was made incorrectly, but it didn't look all that appetizing and was way too salty. $5 for one (large) cookie is too expensive. I can get a tub (16 only slightly smaller sized cookies) from Stop & Shop across the street for $4 that look and taste a lot better.

I'd hoped to grab a couple of minis but apparently those are for catering only. It's really misleading to keep them at the register on display.

I'm frustrated writing this. I'd heard good things about this from friends and was excited to have a cookie store by me. It's in the vein of Insomnia (which also underwhelmed me). The store has a minimalist, not-all-that-inviting layout and not a whole lot of room for customers. Fortunately for me, I happened to go during a less busy time -- only one person in front of me.

Staff was friendly, which saved it from a one-star review. I wish I hadn't signed up for the rewards though because I'm not going back. I hope others enjoy their cookies...

The line was long but it moved at a great speed and there was an associate outside keeping everyone entertained by telling jokes. The entire staff was friendly and once inside they prepared the orders fast. Of course the cookies was delicious my favorite this week was the strawberry shortcake. It was a bonus that the store was clean! 09/27/22

Today 10/08/22 I placed a order for pickup and I was disappointed with the order I ordered 2 caramel apple, 1 Aggie blue mint and 1 pumpkin roll and apparently they ran out of apple caramel and without letting me know the staff took it upon themselves to replace one of the caramel apple cookies with peanut butter m&m cookie and that’s not cool having a person with a peanut allergy in the family. What’s even more weird is they usually show you the box before giving you the box, but this time they didn’t and I didn’t push the issue because they usually get it right, but I was wrong this time and I didn’t check the box until I got 10 mins...
