Despite the restaurant's popularity, the staff works hard to ensure that orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately. This is especially impressive given the fact that this location can get quite busy during peak hours. We went around 5:45 PM EST and there was no line at the drive-thru (we were lucky). Sal S, Andrew S, Camilo, and the crew at the window were amazing! Kudos to them all for their dedication and hard work in making customers like myself and others happy!!

Sometimes when I don't feel like going through the drive-thru I would go into the restaurant to order. The restaurant itself is clean, bright, and well-maintained. Whether you're dining in or taking your food to go, you'll feel comfortable and welcome. The staff is always happy to help with any questions or requests you may have, and they go above and beyond to make sure that your experience is a positive one.

One thing that sets Chick-fil-A in Morris Plains apart from other fast food restaurants is its commitment to giving back to the community. The company regularly sponsors events and donates to local charities, making it a beloved and respected member of the Morris Plains community. Chick-fil-A (this location) was at the St. Patrick's day parade in Morristown where they were giving out awards, so I was lucky enough to get my hands on one. I have now been to this Chick fil A location three times — once for breakfast, wherein my order (a bacon egg and cheese biscuit) wound up in the bag as a chicken biscuit. I drove away before I realized the error, but chalked it up to a learning curve and didn’t bother getting upset about it.

The second time I came, I ordered a chick fil a sandwich meal and, after getting to the window, found no one had made my sandwich yet. Now, normally this wouldn’t be a problem — but I had been in line for close to an hour, and all I’d ordered was a chicken sandwich and a drink. I was frustrated — and the staff was uncharacteristically unprofessional while I waited. They were fooling around and pushing each other in and out of the line — typical teens, but they were at work, serving customers. When I finally got my sandwich (after waiting close to 20 minutes at the window), I was close to writing a review — but, I figured, fool me once, shame on you — fool me twice, shame on me.

Tonight, I went to this location at the request of my parents, who hadn’t been yet. Because this is one of the only Chick fil A locations in New Jersey, the drive thru line was extremely long. We got on the line and waited without any issue. Our order was taken about 30 minutes in. After another 30 minutes of waiting, we got to the window. Our drink order was messed up — but that was no big deal. We got our food and headed home. Upon opening the bags when we got home, we were we missing one of the three sandwiches we ordered. This was disappointing — not only was this my dinner we were missing, we had waited over an hour for this food and were excited to have it. We paid for it. We expected the Chick fil A employees to be competent enough to fulfill an order they had taken themselves — that doesn’t seem like too much to ask.

For a company that takes such pride in serving their Guests and having the utmost respect that they choose to spend their money at Chick fil A, I am incredibly disappointed in the service I have received at this restaurant. I work in reputation management for another restaurant company and I understand the operational struggles a location can face on any given day — which is why I hope you do not take this review lightly. I ordered Cobb salad . It was good but very little lettuce and cheese . I like the Italian dressing. I come often and I notice the same very little stuff in it . I went to Morris Pains location. Also note it is very pricey and next to them has another restaurant which has salad a lot larger and cheaper more for your money. I wish for Chick-fil-A a to change and fix issue .I decided to go to place again another day but not get a salad. I got a crispy chicken sandwich . Sandwich was good alittle greasy , I was surprised to find a pickle in my sandwich . The waffle fries were very good and a good amount that filled the container . The place was packed , lots of cars and people inside . I wish they would put ketchup in a bottle on table and just refill as needed . Those single containers of ketchup are very messy and get over your clothes .I decided to go on July 29,2022 for a Cobb salad . When I got there the bench was dirty , floor also and table . I cleaned the table and bench and I ordered Cobb salad. There was very little cheese and chicken and I tilted the container over and the lettuce was wilted very bad. They offered to give me new one but I decided to just get my money back and never go again . I went right next store to the Mexican place and got big salad , fresh lettuce and plenty of cheese .
