Old review.. I had a tough time deciding between three and four stars here but since the roof is leaking on both sides of the table we sat at I'm definitely going with three stars. Managers & owners should know that when a roof is leaking, you really need to get on top of that immediately, and it's probably not something that just started happening. It makes for a very un-appetizing experience. The location is very small. I think the most people you can fit in the whole restaurant is 15 sitting down. That's not necessarily a bad thing it's just something to realize because if it's a busy time or if you have some inconsiderate person playing videos on their phone at full volume you're not going to be able to have a normal volume conversation. Staff was polite food was good so that's important. and if you're looking for a location that has a very unique architecture to it definitely visit this one it looks nothing like any McDonald's...

This McDonald's has tanked the past few months. They used to be so good, and so reliable. I use the drive thru so that I DON'T have to get out of the car. They consistently forget requests - no onions, no lettuce, etc. - but they also never put sauce in the bag. I hit my limit today and definitely showed my frustration, but I had asked the guy at the window to PLEASE make sure they included the sauce in the bag. He closed the window before I finished my sentence, but I'm sure he heard at least "please make sure the sauce" before doing so. Needless to say, our food was brought to the car with no sauce and I had to go inside to get it, again. It's not a big deal once in awhile, I get it, but come on, every time? We go strictly for convenience, but now it's not convenient. We chose this one over the other location because of the traffic situation, but at this point I'd much rather deal with a traffic headache than throw my money at a location that has...

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

Just shut this place down.......with the level of poor service, lack of quality, and cleanliness. Avoid this place.....go to Wendy's just down the street.

Multiple expierences and countless visits: Drive thru orders have consistently had missing things. Walk in is hit or miss but mainly miss. Tonight was absolutely the worst. It was past 9PM and there were just 2 customers in the store. The employee did not even acknowledge us and we waited over 5 minutes without even being told he would be with any of us. He just kept on working as we just stood there in disbelief. I had enough and ended up walking out without even ordering. Business like this do not deserve to earn my business.

I blame the owner of the franchise. The staff is clearly working hard but at the same time also need some training on engaging customers so customers don't just stand there for a very long duration of time not knowing if we were get to even place an...
