Miller's Ale House — Restaurant in Parsippany-Troy Hills

This place seems like a great place to grab a drink and watch the sports games. The food on the other hand though, I thought was horrible. My wife just ordered wings, and they were hardly cooked. No crisp, and the meat was slimey. They would of been so much better if the kitchen just fried the wings for 3 more minutes. I ordered the steak and shrimp. I asked for my steak to be medium/well and I just assumed my shrimp would be cooked. My steak came out really bloody and the shrimp under the breading was hardly cooked. It was very upsetting to me considering I was starving. We ended up leaving the restaurant still hungry because we couldnt eat our meals. After finally getting our servers attention (she was in a deep conversation with another table for about 15 minutes while all the other tables were just staring at her trying to get service) we were able to show her the quality of the food. The manager did remove the items from our bill (which is good, because I wasn't paying for it anyway. I did not eat the food). I probably will not dine at this establishment in the future. Mixed feelings about this restaurant. We went on a night that they offered prime rib, and four of us ordered it. Took a while to get our food, and when the prime rib came out three of hours was barely warm. My potato was too cold to even melt the butter in so it was definitely unedible being that I would have to eat clumps up but butter in my potato. You are well. More than halfway through with our meal when the waiter came around again. I did let him know that our food was a little on the cold side and that we were disappointed in that. He told the manager who came to our table right away. I just wanted to let him know so he would be aware for future service as I know this is a newer business. He had stated he wish we had told him before. We ate so much of our food and I let him know that it wasn't about the meal. I just wanted to let him know. He was extremely kind and he calmed the three steaks that came out cold. Being that we had eaten most of it, he really didn't have to. So I feel like this place has a lot of promise, they just have to get their flow going better. I would give this place a little time and then head back again for another try. First time to this location . Was in parsippany area and saw this on the way . Always a fan of millers ale with their food and beer varieties . Nice space inside to sit and eat . Bar was spacious and had lots of seats . Parking was good . Lots of space to park outside . Nice location too. Close to Hilton and lots of other hotels .

Service was really good . The waitress was so quick and took great care of us . She suggested some sauces and it was so goooood .

Big fan of blue moons and it was superbbbbbb .. very tasty and fresh . They also have so many other IPAs . Love the snoop brewery. We ordered some wings 🪽 and surprisingly it was really good . Waitress suggested garlic buffalo sauce and it was amazing . Chicken was well made . We also ordered spinach artichoke dip and it was good . Dip tasted so good . We later ordered the zingers and it was average :(. Didn’t taste as good as the wings . Price wise it was ok . Bluemoon was about 6$ and it was well worth it .
