I use to think America ran on.... well you know but now that I have tried a few things I see the necessary hype of the Starbucks ! Apart from being able to enjoy the location and the ability to sit, relax, and meet if necessary I like the goodies they have also. This location I especially appreciate b/c being a new customer I always have questions about drinks and whats best to try next and ( even though I make sure to get my coffee lessons on off peak non busy times) they always take the time out to guide and inform me about whats being offered and point me in the best direction, evening if it means cancelling my order and putting in a new one because I completely ordered something off the wall ! Oh and this visit in particular I found this great ornament that I will have forever (its kinda my thing, ornaments) I digress, Its starbucks, if you are reading this and have no clue what to get try the grande coffee frap extra whip if its hot out, or a grande coffee latte sweet if its cold ! good luck

Read moreI love this Starbucks, I live less than a mile away and go to it a ridiculous amount of times per weak. In general, I've had great experiences here regarding the workers and the customer service. As I've been going to this Starbucks so often ever since it opened, I've seen employees come and go, and I've rarely had issues with them. However, there is a relatively new employee here who has changed this for me. I do not know his name, but he is short, brown hair, beard, loud, and frankly quite sassy. Not only have I had a poor experience with him, I have witnessed him being unnecessarily rude to a young customer, for no reason. When he comes in for his shift, I notice that his co-workers are all very happy to see him, which is why I am writing this review. Read moreI go to this Starbucks literally 4 days per week, in the morning, on my way to work. I mobile order and my order is ready in the 15 min it takes to get there. Lovely service, no issues. HOWEVER today is the 3rd time in the last few months I have arrived to pick up my order and the cafe is CLOSED for mobile order pickup. Meaning they want everyone to go to the drive thru. EVERYONE. On a normal day it takes at least 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Which I do not have time for. Hence the mobile order… Today the line was all the way out spilling onto the street, so there was no way I could get through in time to go to work.
