The staff are fine and nice enough. This is a very trendy business om the decline. This is a prime example of a trend. In 10 years you'll see them on a list of Do you Rember these trends? No fault to the Crumbl cookie empire. The fault is the product is not worth it. This location always has a room full of people waiting for their cookies. Not any uniformed way, like a line. The waiting system is caos. Then boxes are churned out and there seems no real order in the process. This is from my point of view. There could be some method to the madness but it's not easily seen. This whole shenanigans, tricking kids into wanting overpriced mediocre cookies to look cool online is definitely smart for the short term. Take the money and run. I'm not going back. I'm not suseptible to this kind of trickery.
If you really wanted to you could make a great product. Once the fad fades you have nothing to stand on. I suggest making a great cookie.
It's really not even close to worth it. I know the kids are insisting so go ahead, take them once and get them their cool kid cookie. Make a TikTok with their cookie so they can get that clot. Then get serious with them. Was that ridiculously priced cookie worth it? Does it even compare to other desert options? Dairy queen? Baskin Robins? Pie at a restaurant? Unfortunately, the cookie ain't worth it people.
Don't get fooled by the hype. You are smarter than that.
Get a blizzard, get a whole pecan pie, get a whole cake from the bakery, dang get a box of shipleys donuts, every...
Read moreWish I could give them zero stars. First off, the music was louder than the music at a Hollister. The AC was as if it was off. There was an empty chocolate milk on the counter by the employee working the register, as if that was his drink he was drinking. Plus he seemed rude and felt rushed. To top it off, I'm watching one employee finishing off the cookies and boxing them up, giving the boxes to the customers inside and running them out as well for curbside. They had been touching the main door, it was covered in smudges from the grease and frosting from their gloves, and after delivering the cookies outside, she ran back inside to get more cookies boxed up. Not once switching her gloves! That is completely disgusting and I had asked them kindly and quietly if they could switch gloves and remake my cookies. Because those cookies are expensive and I rather eat them then toss them. I get their busy, but it's not excuse to skip out of being sanitary. I highly suggest the store gets a runner. One that runs the made orders out for curbside and just in general gets the boxed finished cookies to the customers, so the ones decorating the cookies can keep their gloves clean and not be touching the main door, customers hands, and such like so.
Cookies were good, will give them that, but I would never go back to that location.
Feel bad posting this but there is a pandemic going on, flu season coming up, just be aware and keep an eye out while...
Read moreIf I could give this place a 0 I sure would I bought a crumble cookie Coupon from the La Porte cheer team fundraiser and they would not honor there coupon, cause it did not have a manger signature on it. I spoke to a manager and she explained to me that supposedly those coupons were stolen. So basically trying to call me a thief. Manger name Havnnia V. And store own named Gagans. S. I explained to her It didn't make sense that they should honor because they're full address 5765 Fairmont Pkwy ste 100, Pasadena TX 77505 is on the coupon. And this is so sad cause I spent $25.00 and got nothing out of it. I think crumble cookie is a rip off for our children academic sports. I could never Support any football, cheerleader, baseball etc for La Porte that trys to honor Crumble cookie. And I could never support crumble cookie. I believe it would be so hard to get a Manager signature on each card when you're trying to support these children for their uniforms and more. So be careful supporting crumble cookie and the pasadena area. They will rip off your people that are you're trying to support your children's team. You guys need to go to Chick fil'a, Whatabuger, McDonald's ect. Cause those companies honor their customers. I will be reporting this location to the BBB Better business bureau. Not only are they ripping off our children. They are ripping off...
