Crumbl — Restaurant in Pasadena

This is for the Hasting Ranch location. I would say it's about 50/50 on ordering in the app or just stopping by when I'm in the shopping center. 75%of the time they are SOLD OUT of at least one item. The staff are mostly uninterested they say welcome to Crumbl without ever looking at you. On my most recent visit a Saturday afternoon they were sold out of 3 flavors of cookies. When using the POS the option for cash was displayed, since I was only buying 1 cookie I pushed the option for cash when I did so the POS made a ching ching sound and the employee never looked up but yelled from her place near the oven "we don't take cash". Here's an idea don't have it as an option. I am also irritated that when you purchase in the app the tip is included you literally have to take it off or you will pay a tip amount of 18%. For what? I like crumbl, I really do. I think it's a great treat for people you care about. I was just disappointed in this location. My friends and I ordered cookies for a friend of ours for her birthday. Delivery person didn't handle the cookies very well, and I don't blame the store for that because it wasn't a big deal. Either way, it's going to get eaten. Until, my friend found a hair in her cookie! I called the store and they placed me on hold after I explained to them the situation and asked if they could send her new ones. They told me if my friend could bring the cookies back, they will give her new ones. I've never heard of this! I'm not sure what they plan to do with those cookies, but why bring them back if they will just be trashed? I hope they'll be trashed. It is my friend's birthday. I recently visited Crumbl Cookie with my kids, and we had such a great experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome, and the smell of freshly baked cookies was absolutely irresistible.

The highlight of our visit, aside from the delicious cookies, was the outstanding service from Emily. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and made sure we had the best experience. She took the time to explain the different flavors of the week, helped my kids pick their favorite. It’s always nice to see an employee who truly enjoys what they do!

As for the cookies, they were perfection! We tried a mix of flavors, and every single one was fresh, soft, and full of flavor.

Overall, Crumbl Cookie exceeded our expectation. Not just with their treats but with their amazing customer service. A big shoutout to Emily for making our visit extra special. We will definitely be coming...
