La Casita — Restaurant in Pasadena

I decided to try this place, I got a burger with fries and a sope de fajita. The fries were the best thing. The fajita on the sope tasted old. The meat patty tasted old as well but also had a plastic like texture when I chewed it. I did not even ate half of each. I was trying too hard to eat it because I paid $16 but it just wasn’t appetizing. I wasn’t going to do this post but they need to step their game up. I did not enjoy my first time visit food here and probably would not be back. The picture is what I left. Little more then half sope and patty. We come to La Casita often. The food is sooooo good here. I need to try more dishes! We have had the menudo and it's delicious. I recommend the menudo, gorditas de deshebrada, taquitos al pastor, quesadilla grande de fajita, torta de fajita/deshebrada. The pancakes are soft and fluffy. Every time we go we order the same dishes because they are just SOOOO delicious but next time we shall try other things. The chips and salsa are always on point. The salsa is excellent. Came to pick up my husband who dropped of his truck at the Pasadena Auto Services and we Google a good mexican restaurant and this place pop up with good ratings and let me tell you it didn't disappoint.
