I went to AB Wireless this weekend to get my screen repaired on my LGV20. I called around to several places to get pricing and this place quoted me the cheapest price. Remember you get what you pay for, I should have took that into consideration. I dropped my phone off and they told me they would call me when the phone was ready for pick up. I left my name and an alternate number to be contacted. Needless to say they never called. When I called to check up on the status, of course it was ready. When I picked up my phone I only looked at the glass to examine the physical corrections which was the reason I took it and it looked decent. When I got home, I noticed in the crack at the top by the ear speaker there was sticky residue that resembled dry glue along the top crack. It was late when I got home, I only used the phone to check Facebook etc. The next day when I went to use the phone the speaker where you put your ear to all of a sudden didn't work. Mind you (yes I did drop my phone and the screen was cracked but it had been this way for a while). I have dropped several phones and never had any issues besides a cracked screen. When I made phone calls I now had to put the phone on speaker in order to hear. (This was prob due to the glue residue or whatever the sticky stuff was all around the edge by the ear piece). I drove all the way back to the store on Sunday and the tech that supposedly worked on my phone wasn't there and the one that was there didn't want to open my phone and look. They asked me to come back the next day (today) and I may have to pay for the part. WHY would I have to pay for a part? I PAID $136.00 to have my phone fixed. NOT correct one issue and break another part. I guess they are trying to get money out of people in whatever way they can! I don't have time and gas to waste going back and fourth, I don't even live close to this store. The employee didn't say anything that made since in fact the tried to say "well the phone screen was cracked" when you brought it in. Yes, it was but it worked just fine until your store worked on it. And not to mention it was cracked on the opposite end of the ear speaker. He advised me to come back and if they open it up and it is not their fault I would have to pay for it. My question is how can he determine if WHOEVER opened up the phone got whatever material or product on the piece or damaged it. They did not want to take responsibility. Of course it's not going to be their fault! I AM ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER and I do not recommend ANYONE use them or trust them with their devices. Horrible customer service and...

He has always gave his šÆ when it comes to Customer service and the way he has been there for a lot of people. Awesome guy. Sunny the owner has been 1000 with every he has helped. He has done a lot for my family but most of all for the Community. He has financially and mentally helped out numerous of families. There isnāt a single person out there that he has not helped out one way or another. This man will give you the shirt off of his back and then some. If someone was In need of money, food clothing cell phone needs he was always there. I recommend AB Wireless to anybody out there. And if you are in the surrounding areas are farther it is worth The drive to come out and have them fix your cell phone computer needs. The chick told me it would be about an hour wait so I waited for more than an hour & I called the store to see if my phone was ready, turns out that obviously my phone was not fixed so she told me it would be 10 minutes. When I went to go pick it up, the glass looked old and used there was no scratches but it looked like it had thumbprints integrated in the screen that would not go away, had black glue oozing from the sides of the screen, I went back to the store not even 5 minutes later to tell them about the problem and the lady and dude were being rude especially the guy, he told me I was being too picky so I asked him for sunnys number, Iāll just leave it like that.
