Very disappointing. A bug in my husband’s food and $4.95 for “crispy wontons” which is essentially just fried wonton shells. The AC was out so it was 83 degrees in there. And the restroom was out of order apparently. We came here with high hopes of finding a new Thai place since we just moved to the area. Everyone was really nice and things started out well. I ordered crispy wontons for us to split with dinner. When they arrived before our meals, we thought they were some kind of free appetizer, because they certainly weren’t wontons. They were just shells with no meat or veggies in them and a sweet sauce on the side. When I asked our server if those were the wontons, she said yes they are. I said “but there’s no meat or anything..?” She said “yes, no meat” and walked away. We were going to ask if the “wontons” could be taken off our bill when my husband noticed a bug (looked like an ant with really long legs) crawling around on his plate. We called someone over and showed it to her. We asked if the meal could be taken off our bill. She said she would ask and took the bug to the kitchen. Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of the bug. When she came back, she said they can’t take anything off because their manager isn’t there. So the manager isn’t there on a Friday night, one of the busiest days of the week? I find that very hard to believe. She offered to make us a replacement to take home. Initially we said no, but my husband decided to take it because he figured it’s better than nothing and any bugs that may be in it will die in the microwave. I personally wouldn’t have taken it. Why would I want the same meal again when I just found a bug in it? Any other restaurant would apologize and take it off the bill. Overall just very disappointing and a waste of money. I would never charge people $5 for a dish that costs less than $1 to make and has no nutritional value. And if a dish has a bug in it, dead or alive, just apologize and take it off the bill. Don’t lie and say the manager’s not there on the busiest night of the week. 👎🏻

I dropped in for a quick lunch on Sat. I saw Kao Soi on the menu and had to try it, since is not available everywhere in the Houston area. The restaurant recommended 2 spiciness level out of 10. I think this is right for 80% of Houstonians. It’s definitely spicy with curry and chili mix, but not burning your mouth to an hour ;) The soup has a nice flavor and you see sliced chicken breast, sweet and sour pickled collard greens, fresh red onions, bean sprouts, cilantro, and lime. I tried with and without lime juice, but the jury is still out on this :) They use flat egg noodles that are half portions boiled and half fried as they should be. It’s definitely authentic and I’ll come back to try other items like Crab Fried Rice, Larb, Som Tum, etc.

This place is excellent. Family owned and operated, with great friendly service. The Thai Street BBQ Pork appetizer was great. Cooked to a light crispiness and a great, flavorful dipping sauce. Main entree today was the Thai Pork Spare Ribs. A large serving size and tender, perfectly seasoned ribs were just what the doctor ordered. Don't expect these ribs to be anything like other Texas BBQ joints. These are small rib parts, with a lesser meat yield than what you'd get at a BBQ joint, just remember it's Thai. Plus the portion size was enormous! The sauce they're cooked in and which has a nice puddle on your plate is just right. Happy Happy Happy!

Just left their restaurant a happier man. So satisfied right now typing this to y’all. I eat Thai food a lot and this place is so good. This place has dishes I don’t get often at other places. I had the hoi jar. Hot, crispy and juicy meatballs fried up with sweet and sour to dip. Boom! Then I got Thai pork spare ribs. Oh man these were so tender and juicy when you bite into them. They cooked it properly. Plus the sauce it’s covered in is the truth. Next I got seafood Thai pancake. Don’t think of your American pancake y’all. I don’t even know what to compare it to. It’s barely fried in oil on each side. It’s a doughy texture but awesomely crunchy all around the pancake. They don’t mention eggs in their food description but there’s egg. House made Sriracha sauce they make for dipping. Delicious. NEXT! We have mango with sticky rice. Thick coconut milk and sesame seeds to top the rice off. Mango is a WHOLE mango. Not no half around here. Who seriously only wants half a mango? Aaaahhh. Rice was sticky and sweet but not overly sweet. The coconut milk on top compliments well. It’s thick. Also got the roti for dessert. It’s not so puffy as I would thought but it still tastes awesome. It’s doughy and chewy like some Indian bread I forgot that they too fry. Cocao powder on it should have a little more cocao punch to it. Still fire flame tho. I ate all of this besides the dessert by the way :) intermittent fasting is such a blessing. Go support their business so it stays here long and doesn’t go out of business. Please. It’s so good here. And we need more diverse foods like this around Seabrook. Still no pho place but hey never say never. I also have never wrote a review like this. This place really made me write a review. I couldn’t hold it in. I had to...

Our regular Thai place was closed so we looked and aw this place had a 4.5 rating so we drove here to try it out. We ordered the special curry of the day and the spicy fried rice and an order of spring rolls. The service was very good and fast so that was good but the order was subpar.

The special curry of the day was the yellow curry and it was not good. I have never had such a sweet curry before so was shocked and it was also very watery. The sticky rice they served with it was made well so they had that going for it.

The spring rolls were actually good but they were not traditional spring rolls as it was all veggies and a couple of shrimp and no noodles. Never had spring rolls without noodles before but maybe it was a Thai style. I did like the peanut sauce though with the slight spicy bite. Usually it is more sweet but at least it was not this time..

The spicy fried rice was actually tasty and would order again if coming here again which I will not. I actually liked they had veggies with it that were cut large like they did.

Both dishes came with a soup of the day and crispy won ton. The soup flavor profile was a miss for me as the tamarind was too overpowering for it. The crispy won ton tasted stale so after a couple of bites I left the rest.

I can't recommend this place as every Thai place that we have eaten at in the...
