Subway — Restaurant in Pasadena

Service was the absolute worst here. I put an order through the app and it said it would be ready at 6 and usually I don’t care if it’s late I don’t mind that at all but there was zero people in line so I went up to the register and waited to be acknowledged bc they ignored me when I tried to get someones attention. The ladies working kept looking at me while making other sandwiches and did not care at all whether I needed something. Finally a man came out and asked if I needed help and it turned out my order was ready for 20 minutes! It was just sitting behind the register not even on the online order tray that’s set up by the fountain drinks. Literally the worst...

So they always have a "now hiring" sign in the front but one day I went to go get an application so I asked "are ya'll hiring?" and she said "yes" so I sat down because she was with a customer. I slouched in the chair because it was like the 12th place I have applied at for that day after she was done with the customer I ask her if she had applications and the lady told me "oh not for you". I had a great experience with the young lady in the shop this morning. There was a grown infant ahead of me. He kept loudly pronouncing words like he was just learning the words. It was rude because he was talking to a grown woman who had given nothing but respect. Even when he had a tantrum, she was able to calm him by letting him use his words. He left no tip.
