absolutely worst jack in the box I've ever been to. If I could give zero stars I would, it doesn't even deserve the one I had to give to review it. I live directly across the street from it so you think it'd be convenient. nope. I NEVER ONCE have been to this location and not sat in line for 20 minutes or longer. tonight for example. there was two cars ahead of us and one behind us. no big deal. sat in line for 23 minutes before we got our food and left. got home and they'd given me the wrong sandwhich. it was, however, the first time they'd managed to actually give me tacos without lettuce. I'm surprised there. the employees are extremely rude and literally no one is smiling. ever. I understand working in this type of field can be stressful and you don't always encounter the nicest of people, but despite my experiences I've never not smiled and been a polite customer. another time I decided to get lunch. sat in line for an hour, and even then, all of my order was wrong. another time, I paid for three large teas and the employee gave me mediums. I kindly hinted at the mistake by saying "I did say large, right?" and the employee gave me a dead stare and a nod before sulking off to help the three other employees who couldn't figure out how to make my flavored teas in the first place. they had to find a manager and ask, and she told them to put half tea and half syrup. I ordered a mango tea. not a mango juice with a hint of tea???? it was gross to say the least. never once have they gotten an order of mine right. if I'm going to wait 30 minutes each time I would at least like to actually eat what I ordered in the first place. either get new employees who know how to manage time and give people what they pay for, or let another eager food company step in and replace this terrible jack in the box with some...
Read moreI went today on my way to pick my niece up from school and I pulled up to the drive thru menu to order, barley got my window down before I heard a man on the speaker tell me “you need to order or you need to leave”. I had literally just pulled up 2 seconds prior to rolling my window down. Nobody was in line other than someone waiting at the window. I said “excuse me?!” And he said “you heard me. Either order or pull up to the window or leave” and I said “I literally just got here like 10 seconds ago” And he said “no you didn’t. My alarm has been going off saying someone was here for over a minute now” I said “that’s an issue with your system. I just got here” and he said “no you didn’t but the same thing applies. Order or leave” and I said “I’d like to talk to a manager because I don’t appreciate being talked to like this” and he said “I am the manager” so I said “you just messed up.” Then I drove around, parked in the front of the building and went inside. When I got there, there were a couple customers in the building, he had his back to the door and was mocking me to his coworkers repeating what I had said and telling them “no you were there longer than a minute”. He didn’t realize I had walked inside. I asked him for his name. Clarence Williams III is the name he provided me. I will never give this store my business, money or time again. I have never been disrespected like this by someone at a fast food restaurant in my life. If I could give this place no stars, I would. Read moreThis is the closest jack in the box to our house and ever since they changed their hours to 24/7 we are frequent customers to this location. The problem is we can never get our order taken and they ALWAYS have some excuse as to why they can't take orders. The owner MUST know that a few of his employees are pushing away overnight customers! They're ruining his profits because they're lazy! When I say in the last month we've been turned away at least 10 times, nearly every time we go there. They always give us an excuse and say the system is rebooting, it'll take an hour. Or, my computer broke, so we can only take Doordash orders. It's honestly ridiculous. The gentleman even told me one time, the only product they have is burgers, nothing else, because the truck order. All of this is very hard to believe, and I definitely feel they are lieing, because they're lazy. It's so frustrating. I wish the owner/manager would hire a new overnight crew. If he knew they were doing this, they wouldn't have a job. Btw, we went to the drive through once and they just ignored us.
