I recently visited the Jamba Juice and while the juice itself was enjoyable, the service experience left much to be desired. The main issue arose from the demeanor and behavior of one particular staff member, which significantly impacted my overall impression.
Upon ordering, we requested a juice with no ice. Unfortunately, the young man serving us seemed visibly frustrated and annoyed by our request. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, he haphazardly discarded the first glass and proceeded to prepare a second juice without any explanation or apology. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of customer service skills, as his behavior left us feeling unwelcome and undervalued as patrons.
What was particularly disappointing was the evident disinterest displayed by this staff member throughout the entire interaction. His demeanor lacked any signs of enthusiasm or engagement, and there was an absence of the warm, friendly atmosphere typically associated with Jamba Juice. It seemed as though he was simply going through the motions of his job, with little regard for providing quality service or fostering a positive customer experience.
On a more positive note, I must acknowledge the efforts of the other employee, a friendly young woman who appeared genuinely interested in assisting customers and creating a pleasant environment. Her presence was a stark contrast to the lackluster service provided by her colleague. It is regrettable that his attitude overshadowed her commendable efforts.
In conclusion, while the juice at this Jamba Juice location was enjoyable, the disappointing service experience marred what could have been an overall positive visit. The frustrated and disinterested attitude of one particular staff member detracted from the brand's reputation for excellent customer service. I hope that Jamba Juice management takes this feedback into consideration and addresses the training and attitude of their employees to ensure that future customers do not have a similar experience.

It seems as if orders are being confused- not prioritized accordingly. In total we spent about 40$ waffles, smoothies with the additives. Came back into the store after ordering with Niyat and 2/3 smoothies were not made correctly while the other was forgotten completely. We came back and they had 2/3 of the smoothies made again but with chunks of ice as if the smoothie was never blended in the first place. The 3rd smoothie was forgotten, again. At this point, I just asked for my money back- they need some structure here and apparently the manager Ed has no other supervision for the staff. The girl Sarah told me I couldnât get a receipt for the refund but she could send me a text of a picture of it? Very unprofessional and nobody knew the system. Wouldnât recommend coming back here...

One of the women working there (Morgan was her name) was extremely short, rude, and just looked like she didnât want to service us. She didnât even ask what size drink my dad wanted and proceeded to give us all larges for some reason. My dad, confused, just decided to leave the situation alone but I was quite frankly astonished at this type of service. To be quite honest, we felt targeted and profiled.
