The food is good, but pick up orders need to be handled better. I placed an order at 11:06 AM, I arrived at the store at 11:29 AM, but I didn’t get my food until 11:42 because I had to wait in line for people that were placing dine in orders. So for 13 minutes I had to stare at my food on a shelf with a sign above it that read “please do not grab food from shelves”. This is the only Jason’s Deli where I’ve had this problem. Other locations don’t have a problem with ME grabbing MY own food that IVE ALREADY PAID FOR. Or they have somebody always waiting to handle pick-up orders. I only have a 30 minute lunch so when I finally did start eating at 11:45 I had to eat it very fast within 10 minutes before getting back to work without being late.
Please have at least one or two dedicated employees that will commit to pick up orders only. That way pick up customers don’t have to wait on dine in customers.
EDIT ONE YEAR LATER:
Still the same problems. My pickup order was missing ingredients and I had to wait and look at my food while ppl ordered. This time tho after standing in line, as soon as I approached the counter the manager walked off. Didn’t look at me, didn’t greet me, didn’t say I’ll be right back. I’ve noticed this woman has given me an attitude before. She seems very judgmental. This is Friday at 11:30 am btw. This is another reason I stayed away from here. She looks like she hates her job and is taking it out on customers. Anyways I’m pretty sure she knows who I am by now. That’s Probably the reason she gave me the cold shoulder today. She mad 🤣
Now reply with some hollow response on how you’re going to “make it better” like you said you would a year ago 😂
Definitely staying...
Read moreI ordered the manager special with a 1/2 Reuben and 1 trip to salad bar with a drink it was $18 then I tipped. Maybe it's just the economy but that's steep for a half a sandwich a small bowl of salad. To top it off when my food came there is less meat on the sandwich compared to a month ago last time I visited and the lady did not bring my salad bowl. She looked me straight in my face and said go back up there and get it from the guy behind the counter. This would have been fine but then the lady went and sat down with her friends and started eating potato chips. She got up a few minutes later with chips still in her mouth when they told her there was more food to run to tables. She never washed her hands from eating chips at the table to going and handing people there plates. That is definitely a Health Code violation and not sanitary at all. I hope Jason's liked my $20 for an inadequate meal that could potentially make me or someone else sick because they'll never get another dollar from me. I urge Jason's Deli to train their employees better not only with customer service but with better...
Read moreI just thought I’d go ahead and write this review! I’d like to say visiting here for my first time was a bit disappointing! I had ordered a sandwich and saw there was a salad section, I then went to sit down but asked a worker for an extra plate to serve myself a salad, I was unaware it wasn’t free due to it idk being in the open and prepared a salad right as I was about to sit a worker comes up to me and goes BTW the salad isn’t free and begins to scold me which made me feel really guilty for being unaware? I then told her it was fine and she could keep the plate since that seemed to be the only response she was probs wanting and I then went to sit down with my partner as he looked at me confused and asked me what was wrong and I then explained the situation and he then said ? But the worker was watching you the whole time make your salad wouldn’t it have been smarter to have just told you before you served yourself? We then get our food and the server then says THANK YOU THANK YOU putting the plates on our table which felt super uncomfortable 😭 not a...
