McDonald's — Restaurant in Pasadena

I am very sorry for my actions and part I played to the person in the car that merged ahead of me after refusing to let me go ahead of her in the pay line after explaining that my small order was prepaid and I really had to go to the bathroom. Her actions, however by getting out of her car to cause a scene and hold up the line longer with 6 cars behind her just to pay me back was worse.

Even worse we’re the employees who came out the back door to take her when they knew nothing about what was going on and clearly could see she was the one standing in the parking screaming and holding everything up. Taking sides and falsely accusing me is never a good customer service tactic. I tip so the employees-have a tendency to be nice to me.

While I’m at this review, it’s not a good plan to go inside to order because you will stand around and wait forever to receive your order due to no customer service and more attention to Drive thru window, which needs to be revamped.

I usually order curbside delivery if the line is long but if short will drive through, however that takes a really long time because there is always at least one car holding up the line. Preordering and paying serves no purpose. I can wait easily 15 minutes to go through a short line. Employees offer NO Customer Service and are on either the rude side but mostly just don’t say anything to help.

I’m probably better served to go...

On 6/1/2021, I went to McDonald's and I paid for food, and in my car I ate the food. After I finished my food I throw the trash in the trash can. After I threw away the trash, I went to the bathroom. An employee did not allow me to use the bathroom. I am not a homeless person, I am a paying customer. The employee does not have the right to prevent a paying customer from using the restroom. Whom does she think she is. She was outside sweeping floors. Ms. Thing is not above me, because she sweeps floors. Any one can sweep floors. I am not going to allow anyone to humiliate me. What if I told you I am a lawyer, and I could shut down Macdonald's in a heartbeat. You know what they say when you assume. I hope you reprimand her, and have her laugh all the way to the unemployment line. It is unacceptable that your employee treat others that way. Since she offended me, I would like to know if she has paper, or is she an illegal immigrant. I am sorry, she opened the door, she is not the only one that can speak English, and can defend herself. To clarify I am not homeless, I do not depend on welfare, I do not depend unemployment, I am a person who works, and pays her taxes. Que triste saber, que un Latina humille a otra Latina. Bueno algun dia, ella bailey a receibir agua de su miso chocolate. I hope that the CEO reads this, so they can see how horrible there...

Last week I ordered 4 strawberry milkshakes and 4 biscuit/bacon/egg & cheese. The biscuits were missing the cheese on all 4. I even was asked to wait about 15 minutes for my order, as I went through the drive-thru. Very disappointed ..... How hard was this order?? And of course I didn't find the mistake until I was home. On my next visit to the drive-thru, I mentioned this error to the cashier and she just looked at me and shrugged!! Not a word of apology or diplomacy!!

Tonight I ordered 3 strawberry milkshakes and 3 biscuit/bacon/egg & cheese......They gave me 3 VANILLA MILKSHAKES instead!! (I couldn't see the color well because it's night, and once again i went through the drive-thru).

Last month I tried their buttermilk chicken fingers and this tasted burnt and the oil tasted OLD. Not going to have this again and don't recommend it.

Based on a family member being in hospice care, and my spending a large part of the day with her, I don't have much of an appetite and my only meal is at the end of the day before going home.....I chose McDonald's drive -thru for convenience and simplicity because I'm mentally worn out. Now that I'm disappointed by McDonald's indifference and lack of caring....I will find another food source ...... My simple order was the only small thing at the end of my day that I thought I could...
