Panda Express + Tea Bar — Restaurant in Pasadena

HUNG UP IN MY FACE 3 TIMES without even hearing what I was calling for! What a psycho, disgusting branch! I placed an online order including egg rolls and crab rangoons specifically adding a note asking them to include sweet and sour sauce which they SHOULD do already. When I received the order, there was no sauces whatsoever. I tried calling the branch just to leave the feedback that they should automatically include sauce when these items are ordered. No big deal, just a little customer feedback to help improve their service. Well instead of hearing what I had to say, the person that answered put the phone down and then about one minute after I was hung up on abruptly. I called back again and the phone was picked up but no one said anything. I waited 5 seconds and when I finally said “hello”, I was hung up on again. The 3rd time I was hung up on as soon as they picked up and they never answered again. What an unprofessional and cowardly way to deal with customers. They literally didn’t even know what o was calling for and just kept hanging up on me! I’m sure the owners of the Panda Enterprise would be disgusted and want these people replaced. I do not recommend going to this Panda Express and especially not ordering online from them! Occurred 5/9...

Panda Express' simpler foods still provide myself the pleasures of a fancier restaurant. One does not need to eat at the fanciest restaurant to be content with themselves. I enjoyed myself with the company of others as we enjoyed the "simple" meals.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the ease of purchasing copious amounts of food. This made it difficult to not overeat. "In eating, it's best not to fill up" and "too much food and a tiring pace, some things are simply bad" both speak poorly of such a practice and thus Panda Express as an institution cannot fully align with The Way. However, this may also be a test, as each person is given the choice to eat too much or not. Thus, I warn you before ordering to listen to The Way.

Unfortunately, I left the restaurant full and once I returned to my residence, entered a food coma, cutting my effective productivity for assignment tomorrow to zero. I can now see why overeating...

I've been to this location several times since I've lived in Pasadena for the past 3 and a half years. The classic top-rated American Chinese fast food that they're well-known for can be found here. The portions are not as generous as some other hole-in-the-wall American Chinese fast food places but there is definitely quality to be found here. The limited-edition Hot Orange Chicken is a must have if you read this review and they still have it available. Beijing Beef is another go-to entree and we cannot forget about the Honey Sesame Chicken Breast or the Honey Walnut Shrimp. All of them...
