Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Pasadena

It’s 12:55pm and you don’t close until 2:00pm according to Google & the Sign on your doors, I’m pulling up I see other customers at the drive up window being attended, one employee runs out yelling to me that their closed! As I start to pull away I see more cars pulling in but their not being told anything, (so your open for them but not for me?) lol., ok. I guess it happens when your managers are not very motivated to to take care of customers, This place is a joke!, so now I’m 1/4-mile away at TacoCabana about to receive 14 breakfast tacos in less time than it took your employee to run out and lie to me about being closed so the crew could hopefully get off early on a Sunday, No problem but everything has a price you should know that, I’ll give you an other chance to screw it all up again in a few days we’ll see how many of these 1 star reviews it takes to start pulling your averages down where...

Most of what I got was fine. The apple fritters i got were seriously lacking one thing though... apples. It was like they just waved the apple over the fritters a couple of times. Nothing like the ones they used to make a couple of years ago... those were awesome.. That cost 'em a star. They lost a second star for No Bearclaws. A 3rd star got yanked because if you click on that specific stores menu, it lists Bearclaws but if you go to that specific Shipleys you'll learn 2 things... 1)that they don't make the tasty treats there anymore and.. 2) the store that does still make Bearclaws is in Houston somewhere. Update yalls online menus as to what this location actually carries and I'll be happy to edit...

This lady double checked my order like seven times which is fine I was a server for six years so I understand checking an order however after checking my order seven times she still got my order wrong I ordered two white ice cake donuts and I got two regular Donuts with white ice, I don’t eat those and neither did my son I couldn’t drive back to go get new ones and I tried to call them and they never answered me. Called them like eight times. and again, I get it getting it wrong maybe once or twice but you corrected me seven times so how could you not get that? I said cake...
