Taco Town — Restaurant in Pasadena

That Rosa de Guadalupe episode must of been JUICY because they were not picking up the phone smh! The food is great but those two ladies working at night do not care about customer service. I literally called 10 times hoping that the episode was finished! When I pulled up the episode was barley half way 🤣 Once again GREAT food BUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT NIGHT and I’m talking about f the short lady with the curly pony tail and the heavy set one with the gold hoops.

Once again we LOVE BETOS Tacos but, the two ladies at night don’t like to answer the phone until they feel like it. Management should really look into maybe having three people… two cooks and one to answer the phone or possibly getting rid of those two.. I physically watched them hang up the phone multiple times and they were not busy… You can call 1,000 times to try and have your order ready for pickup after work (which they normally do) but, they don’t pick up. On 06/17/23 at 3pm I called Taco Town truck and ordered 10 orders of Birria tacos with cheese to be picked up at 7pm. The first problem was online the price is $9.50 for 3 tacos with cheese. When I picked up the order which WAS NOT READY after 4 hrs. The tacos were $12.00 a set. The 2nd problem was I arrived at 7 the order was not even started! And they had only 1 customer there. The 3rd problem was only a few had cheese when they had already robbed me by adding on $3 extra dollars to every order and they all should have had cheese. I was on the way to a buffet dinner and the order was just HORRIBLE. Never again! I use to go there all the time. Worst service ever. UPDATE; So you respond saying your tacos have always been 3 for $12. Then why does it say 3 tacos for $6.50 or $3 more with cheese which makes it $9.50 NOT. $12.00. I have pictures of the prices online. I have ordered this amount before and never had problems. Maybe it’s your employees. Stop making excuses and DO BETTER!! It’s the people that make your business better....

I ordered three plates today thru door dash and of course the most expensive plate was missing, called them up and a lady automatically started telling me and repeatedly saying they don't forgot large orders just small ones and blamed it on the driver and to call them instead very unprofessional because they don't want to admit they mess up, so I did call dasher and very politely they went to check on the order they forgot to put in the bag but since they want to act they did, my money will be reimbursed from doordash, I really hope this doesn't happen to anybody I'm not a big fan of this place because some food are over seasoned but would order other stuff instead and with what they just did, take my money, I would no longer make business with them. They probably needed the money more then me. Hope they can fix that issue so no one can go...
