NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!!!!!! Don’t use. I had a warranty claim on my refrigerator with LG and they sent the compressor to A Quality. They came out to fix our refrigerator and everything seemed fine for a day. Had to call them back out 4 days after the compressor replacement and he added more Freon. Everything seemed ok for about 1.5 weeks. Slowing getting warmer inside. Called them back out. Each time he came out he said it seemed there was oil in the lines. Last time he came out said compressor was bad again ( brand new compressor). I contacted LG and they said it might be possible but to make sure I was happy they would send another compressor to A Quality. A Quality received the compressor and said it was cost me another $500. They were not even willing to accept that maybe it was the techs fault the first time and wanted to charge me again. After researching, when you do a compressor change out your suppose to run a nitrogen purge in the system to clear any contamination. I know for a fact the tech did not do this as I watched the whole process. A Quality still wasn’t willing to accept it. I asked for the compressor as it was mine from LG. They would not give it to me. They wanted me to pay $225 for the compressor. You can do what you want but I wouldn’t use these guys at all....

I have used A Quality Appliances 2 times now. The first time was to purchase a refurbished electric clothes dryer. When I went, there was no nonsense with sales. I had a new clothes dryer loaded in my truck in a matter of minutes with them being attentive to electrical connections and ensuring the 3 month warranty. And guess what, I needed it. I live in Dickinson Texas, they came to my house both times I had an issue and resolved it that day even going so far as replacing the dryer with a newer model to make sure everything was right. When my clothes washer went out, they were the first place I went. Again, I walked in, told them what I needed and I walked out with the purchase in a few minutes. They were also able to make a matching set of the clothes dryer I had purchased from them before. They supplied brand new hoses for connection, something I had not planned to even replace, and I had the washer in the back of the truck quickly. They are fast, responsive and generous. I've never had this many problems when buying an appliance second hand from a store such as this. I've had problems with the washer at least once a week. Normally easy enough to fix so I do it myself instead of waiting days for a tech. Our dryer has gone out 3x, that we've had to have a tech come out. This time we were told that since our 3m warranty Exp they can only come look to see what is wrong and we'll have to pay for the part. Stated if it is the same issue the part is about $60. I just ordered that same part off Amazon for $7. Paying for something after warranty is gone is understandable but the price inflation is not. We were told that this part is going out because it is too close to the wall. We haven't moved it back for where the tech left it (1' from the wall) and it is still breaking.
