Don’t order from this place at least not for delivery and as I read the comments don’t go at night because the manager is rude. If it was my choice it would be zero stars, the first time Pizza Hut had cancel my order without telling me, my driver was there for an hour waiting for an order that didn’t exist while I was still receiving text messages that my food was getting delivered soon, I had no idea so I waited for the pizza until my driver called me telling me I had to call to the pizza place because something has happen with my order while on the text it said delivered….. funny thing my food was given to someone else so yeah had to wait again for it order at 7 ate at 10 because I didn’t want to be mean. The second time I order at 7 and only 3 minutes passed I got notify that my order was cancelled I called the store at Red Bluff more than 5 times to double check with them and they never answered because this had happened before I figure that it was the end of that order but I was still calling to verify but they never answer. At 9pm I get a message that my order will be delivered at 9:12 first of all I don’t want it anymore because obviously after 2 hours we made some food and in the text it said to call the store to cancel the order I don’t want my driver to waste his/her time so I called the store once again multiple times and they never answered. I had to call my driver to let him know I wanted to cancel so he wouldn’t waste his time on an order that wasn’t gonna get paid, he explains to me that he can’t cancel for me so I have to keep calling the store which I do always dialing 3 to speak to someone from the store they never answer I dial 1 to place order and they answer not the store but their customer service I let them know I’m trying to cancel they say they can’t do it for me so they transfer me to a store that won’t pick up… at that point I was calling for 2 hours already.. the store don’t answer so I call again and dial 1 to place an order customer service won’t help me even when I said I wanted to cancel because it’s been 2 hours already I call they don’t answer and their only answer is that they can’t cancel because the food was being made… like seriously after 2 freaking hours the food is barely being made I’ve called at this point more than 15 times…luckily my driver was so amazing and helpful he had called the company he works for to let them know my problem and the company he works for called me and helped me cancel my order after stressing for more than 2 hours. No knock on the door. No call. Nothing. I call the pizza hut on red bluff. I was on the phone with them for 43 mins. They gave me multiple excuses as to why my order was not delivered. They questioned my address, phone number, and name countless times. Specifically that the order was cancelled because it was already delivered..... Now ordering directly from the specific location. Why and or how can it be cancelled by the exact location that the order was originally from? And how can it be delivered if it was cancelled? 43 mins. 2 hours after I initially called and placed the order. Marvin, the 3rd person I spoke with over the phone, finally tells me that they are going to send my order out.... Do yourself a favor, pick up a pizza from Little Ceasers Pizza.
