Repair Zone did a fantastic job repairing my wife’s iPhone 12. I wanted to wait a few days before writing this.

We used the phone at a very large indoor water park during the July 4th weekend. During the trip, we mistakenly submerged our phone in water and decided the device needed a charge because it was low on battery. We finished the trip, and everything seemed fine until the next day when the phone screen was so dim we could not use it unless we were in a dark room.

We have had previous experiences with mobile phone repair services in other states, so we went to the Thumbtack app to find a similar service in Houston, TX. Repair Zone was the only service that advertised mobile repair services and followed through with that promise.

We settled on Repair Zone, believing our iPhone 12 could be rescued at our location, but that wasn’t the case due to the damage my wife and I caused. I’m always hesitant to leave anything expensive with someone else, but I decided to take the chance when Repair Zone showed up at my door.

Repair Zone drove to our Greenspoint address to pick up the device, texted me when questions came up, performed the repairs, and delivered it within the same day as promised. DON'T GO HERE! They are trash. Unreliable, lacking integrity, and flat out liars, both of them. Zero stars. Thieves.....it was a dashcam. Repair Zone is trash. They lack inregrity, and lie. I took my dash cam in to have the chargeport replaced. The thief behind the counter. Told me 2 days, which turned into over a month. Once I had the camera finally returned to me, it still did not function properly. The charge port had been replaced so it could be powered up, but it wouldn't activate the camera. I communicated the problem with him, to which he replied that he could have it fixed still. After another week and a half, he tells me that it's a firmware issue. This is my go-to for my electronics. They are honest--which is incredibly hard to find these days!--Turn around time is quick, and their prices are the best. My most recent visit was over a phone I bought online, I brought it n for repair on the front camera. Upon him disassembling it, he discovered a host of issues and let me know it had been refurbished, not in mint condition as the seller stated! Anyhow, they didn't even charge me after getting all into the phone & I got t get my money back for the phone bc of this discovery!
