Super rude, I came in politely. I let the crew member give me a minute cause I'm downloading the app he was nice 👌, when I was finished logging in, the manager (Ferndando) came & it took care of me, the worst customer service ever had a lot of attitude for no reason, never have I been treated like that, I always go in at any place hello how are u, to make employees feel good, so i was expecting the same attitude, Fernando didn't even know the Sandwiches at all, he was really rude say what u want with attitude, ok what else, ok what else, like don't u know how The Beast & B.L.T Ultimate it's made, plus if u gonna ask a customer be respectful about it, remember we pay ur bills, u eat outta our money, no customers no business. I have been a Certified Manager & Shift Manager for so long, not once have I ever like ever talked to a customer as rude as Fernando was, & he had the Nerve to laugh in front of me with the crew member while I was look at the Manager (Fernando), after my bread was done in the Oven he asked me what I wanted with attitude after putting everything I asked for, I asked him if he can put Avocado 🥑 yet he said they don't have no more, thats a lie I been in many Subways worst service ever & yes since the beginning he was been Rude I was been rude to talk to me how u want me to talk to u Respect me if u want me to respect u easy like that, now I know they have Avocado 🥑 under, so the fact he didnt wanna sell me Avocado his not good for u guys y'all are losing a lot of money for someone who doesn't even wanna be there at all & just make money for free, I be calling Corporation tomorrow & make a report, ur not gonna treat me like a asshole his lucky im profesional, & after I payed I told the Crew Member Thank u for been polite in front of the manager, cause that's Manager it's teaching bad habits to that young adult who look like 17 or 18, thats not how I want my kids to been thought or work in a bad...
Read moreThis is the 3rd time! Your clerk Gabriella was in the back & Eric was cleaning and he called out to her that she had customers. She took a bit to come out from the back. Then she went to wash her hands. Then she dried her hands. Then she went and grabbed gloves. Then she proceeded to put the gloves on and 5 minutes still has not addressed us. No welcome to Subway. No I’ll be with you in a second. No eye contact or gesture of any kind. I cannot believe the audacity…absolutely no customer service. We were the only couple there inside the building. We just got off of work at 5 p.m. I asked for her name and she was uncaring. She knew we’d leave. It’s what she wanted. She doesn’t want to be there. We left!!! This is the closest Subway to our home and yet I cannot get good service here. The last 3 times have been bad. Read moreThis place pist me off.my daughter ordered us 2 cold cut sandwiches on with lettuce tomatoes salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese with mayo .the other same way only difference was I wanted olives .ohhh and I got them I swear they put a whole jar of black olives in the sandwich not to mention on both sandwiches they put so much salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese that you couldn't even eat the sandwich we literally had to throw them away because we were on the way to the beach when we picked up our curbside order when we arrived to the beach we thought we would enjoy our sandwiches and we had to throw them away when I called to complain at first no one answered then when someone finally answered they just kept hanging up ..
