The worst whataburger to order from. They always have attitude (night shift) they will mess up your order not give a receipt, then tell you that you can’t get your food because you don’t have a receipt. Online orders are never on time. You can order drinks and then they say oh we don’t have that and continue to order another drink on the menu let you order it and go to the window and find out you have to order a different drink. Employees throwing roaches out the front entrance at each other. Vaping with management. Employee got mad because you want napkins and they don’t have them. This employee got upset because I told her what else do they not have and they could get napkins from somewhere. You literally gave us our drinks spilt and there is soda on the top of lids and in the bottom of the bag everywhere. She then seen us parked in the front entrance of the restaurant got mad and walked outside to try and start problems with me by standing starring and pacing back and forth at the back of my vehicle. I was parked in the front of the restaurant eating with my children in the car. This exact day other people were getting upset in the drive through because they had people waiting very long time to order and had issues pronouncing there order. As it was our turn to order I then found out why people were upset. My husband was trying to order a certain bun and couldn’t pronounce it properly, the manager gets on the head set and start making fun of the way he is saying it and says, “what we don’t have that type of bun”,we don’t sale that! I had to tell him yes y'all do , it’s on your spicy chicken sandwich. People are fighting and stealing the cones in the parking lot on this day. I have a video. Read moreIt was about 3:30am so there is no reason not to put out fresh quality food, if you are open 24 hours you need to remain consistent always, that being said, I visited this location recently early in the morning I noticed about 6 employees there, but yet my friend's order as well as mine was bad, we both ordered the #2 which consists of 2 meat patties burger with fries and a drink, I ordered swiss cheese on mine with grilled onions, and substituted my fries for some onion rings, we went through the drive-thru so we didn't check out our order till we got home, I get my bag and get ready to eat and I didn't notice any cheese so I opened burger and no cheese and very little grilled onions, my onion rings were way undercooked so tossed them out and only ate a couple bites of my burger, I lost my appetite when I didn't get my food as ordered, there should be no excuse to put out low quality foods especially when they are not that many customers, I will continue eating at whataburger but not this location, and I will definitely walk in and order my food so it can be checked before I leave the store, but it will probably be a long time before I eat at whataburger again on my last several visits there was always something wrong or something missing from my order, I guess now that it is not a family owned business their quality will probably diminish to a mass produced product with no homemade flavor as before but that...
Read moreWas very disappointed and Whataburger on southmore because here it was 6:30 I'm getting ready to order my food and there is a long line the Whataburger at Southmore facility all lights were off outside light nothing was on other than the lights inside there was a long line and people was waiting , there were no staff outside take orders to keep the line moving or use lane "B" and no staff at the driver to help with orders. Was very disappointed on them had to wait 45 minutes. This facility need to improve badly!!! If I have to drive to the facility at Red bluff ( Whataburger) I would, because it did not took long to get my order there, when I got there the outside light were on and very well lite plus there was two staff by the speaker taking orders if the was a line in both lane it was moving very fast pull to the front there I saw two more staff working at the outside driver thur who was give the customer there drinking and food and receiving there money, it took me about 20 minutes to receive my drinking and food.
