Pizza Patrón Main Street — Restaurant in Pasadena

Ordered a large 5 carnes pizza and 8pc wings, at 630 at 656 my husband pays for it, which is way longer than 15 minutes then Jose tells him to wait 7 more minutes for wings, which is the whole reason I called in an order, my husband tired from work all day, had to wait longer. Jose wouldn't even help me out, just came saying the wings were still raw, which was plenty of time for wings to cook. I asked him would I get a small discount at least, for not having food on time, and he wouldn't. Husband brings home pizza, and it's an extra lg pepperoni, and some nasty wings. Called him and he told me to take the pizza back, and he'll re-do it. We weren't about to go and wait another 30 minutes for pizza. I'm done with them, I'LL NEVER ORDER PIZZA AGAIN...

Guy at the register has air pods on not even paying attention to what I’m saying, I said I wanted to listas and he answers we don’t have none and just stays listening to his airpod. So after a moment of silence I say well how long to make sum he says 15min I’m k I’ll wait.. not very helpful seems like whatever he listening to on the AirPods is more important then customer service he is getting paid for… parking lot has a parking stopper or idk what it’s called flipped, I keep seeing cars just scraping there bumpers on this stopper as I wait here for my order, according to my receipt his name is Isaac G. He needs to be retrained on his customer service and please do away with this AirPods they r such a distraction when we are trying to get our order filled...

I've ordered a pick up here 3 times this month, each and everyone of my order they messed up! Tonight I ordered 1 pepperoni bacon & 1 cheese, both large. I made sure they got my order correctly, when I got there they gave me 1 pepperoni and 1 bacon. They always give me wrong stuff! Never even desired to give my money back or anything!! Instead I got inconvenience in my time and bad service!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS location. They have bad services. They offered to give me the wrong pizza for free and then a person behind me wanted that pizza so they sold it to him instead of giving it to me like they promised to make up to their mistake!
