Daiquiri Island Togo — Restaurant in Pasadena

Pretty straight forward concept, drive through and get adult drinks. They have several cup sizes, even 16 ounce held a good amount of drink, for under $7, 24 ounce under $9, few others and even gallon sizes. They listed virgin daiquiris, but they didn’t have that option the night we went and no juice/water substitute. There’s also food meals you can get, drink shots, Jell-O shots, and CBD options: vapes, edibles, etc.

The cashiers were pretty chill and answered any questions about the drinks. No one was carded, so drink responsibly. The place did look a little worn down, but the vibes were chill, order at your own comfort.

As for the drinks, every one has a different acquired taste. The Rum was rumming, it’ll definitely get you that buzz fast. Drinks were not made for light weights. I chose the Calypso Cream (hypnotic and White Russian) and Desserted Island (Pina colada and White Russian), both were so creamy and sweet. Drank it like juice; it was that good. Reggae Vibes (Rita, mango, strawberry) had a heavier strawberry taste and on the sweeter side. Island Fever (Octane and Mango) ended up tasting more like hand sanitizer.

I just want to give a big shoutout to April at Daiquiri Island Togo. Every time I’ve come in, she’s been friendly, fast, and professional. She knows how to keep the line moving while still making you feel like a valued customer. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about giving great service. I'm currently enjoying the 44oz Strawberry Margarita with an extra shot of tequila! Yes; I am aware that it's only Tuesday. 'Daiquiri Island' rocks 7 days a week! Never once have I been disappointed!
