The 35er — Restaurant in Pasadena

35er is dive bar in Pasadena which serves low priced beer and bottom shelf alcohol. The venue itself has two floors, the top with a bar, some TVs, and a pool table. The bottom with some tables, another bar, and a dance floor. On the weekends this place is busy. The bartenders are generous with alcohol, although mixed drinks seem to always be made with bottom shelf liquor. You're coming here to get wasted for cheap.

Personally I don't like the crowd this place attracts. Guys are overly aggressive when you bump them walking though, and also overly aggressive trying to dance up on women. Some guys rub their crotch on girls, others start heavily thrusting. Do what you want but a lot of conflicts an unnecessary fights happen here.

If I decide I want to get trashed for $20 I'll come here,...

Cool spot to shoot watch pool and watch sports; with about 10 TV screens. ................................................................ Cool up to date look with a nice view and of the strip in Old Town Pasadena. Good sized outside patio. Very good location............right the strip near so many shops, restaurants, delis, etc. .......................... It's a fun area with so many places to go and so much to do. .......................................................................... Nighttime is beautiful, lit with lights and Angelinos out to have a great time. .................................... .................... ......................... I'm definitely going again soon....

I went in after my class was over because I had a while before my train was leaving. I sat at the bar counter and sat and sat and sat...I finally ask the waitress is there something wrong...does your bar have issues with service for people like me? I've been sitting for eighteen minutes and no one has even acknowledge my sitting there. She started stuttering and tried to answer but the bartender rushed over and interjected we were servicing our regulars. I told him no you were not. I told him I heard him shooting the breeze with his mundane conversation to look busy and avoid looking my way. They tried to give me a free drink but I decided no thanks because I'm too good for...
