I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the delivery service I received today. I ordered a pizza and wings from your establishment, expecting a warm and delicious meal to enjoy with my family. However, what I received was an incredibly late delivery and a cold, inedible pizza and wings.
Firstly, the delivery arrived a whopping 45 minutes after the promised delivery time. This delay is completely unacceptable, especially considering the proximity of my location to your restaurant. It is not unreasonable to expect timely service when placing an order.
Adding insult to injury, when I opened the pizza box, I was greeted with a chilling disappointment. The pizza was ice cold, as if it had been left out for hours before being delivered. The cheese was hardened and unappetizing, the toppings had lost their freshness, and the crust had become stale. It was nothing short of a culinary disaster.
Not only did this ruin our mealtime, but it also left a lasting negative impression of your establishment. As a regular customer, I have always expected high-quality products and efficient service, but today's experience has shattered that trust.

Simple medium pepperoni pizza and medium Italian sausage pizza. I called 3 times because I placed my order at 8:30 and it was 9:30 the first time I called and she said order was on its way. Second time it was stil on its way and they would have manager call me with exact delivery time and the time was 9:45. I never received a call. I told myself if order wasn't received by 10pm I would cancel the order. Last time I called I asked to be transferred to a manager and they stated I could only be transferred to a manger at call center. Waited 15 minutes to talk to her and then she was able to transfer me to the most ignorant shift manager Estefani at the shaver location. No apology was given whatsoever and I could hear her snickering. I asked what she found so funny and she played it off and said it was the music in the background. When I went into the store to pick up my order it took 5 minutes for someone to come out even though an employee was sitting in the lobby. When I was charged I noticed the charge was 5 dollars more. After I payed I checked on line that the price was the original 21 and some change. The lady tried yelling me the extra charge was because I used my card. I told her I want to see the statement and she went to get the manager. That took 7 minutes for him to come out. Then told me I was charged for a 2 liter. The lady that charged me told me it was because of using my debit card. I strongly believe this isn't the first the this cashier has done this to customers.
