Winchell's Donut House — Restaurant in Pasadena

Old donut(s) I don't eat donuts often, but I have had 3 bad experiences at this location where I received a donut that was old. By old I don't mean that it wasn't still fresh, I mean stale. The 3rd and worst of the experience was today, I received a buttermilk maple donut that was beyond old. I took a bite of it and knew right away that it was bad, then I took one more bite just to make sure and the donut as well as the bite in my mouth went into the trash. What is worse is that the last time that I was here over a month ago that I also received an old/stale donut. I mentioned it to the young woman who sold it to me today after I went to the ATM after buying the donut today but she didn't seem to care. Seems like bad...

Where do I even start with how unprofessional these girls are in the morning. (6am to be exact). Let's start off with NOT properly wash their hands after sweeping or mopping. Rinsing your hands is not WASHING THEM. Also making sexual comments to customers in Spanish is also so unprofessional. Every time I go in they always have a attitude and never greet their customers when walking in nor after they have purchased any food item. Making customers feel uncomfortable because they are a different race other than Hispanic. I am Hispanic myself and I see how uncomfortable other customers leave because all they do is speak Spanish nor are thanked or anything. I believe this issue should be addressed to...

Open 24 hours and the service was awesome. A little slow by daytime standards but after midnight with the sole employee being baker, order puller, and cashier. One should expect service t o be a little slow. My friend and I were the only 2 there. And we were in and out in just under 15 mins. In the time we were there the guy behind the counter had the oven go off twice, filled 2 other app orders, patiently waited for us to select our Winchels dozen, and blended my friends drink with perfection.
