I never had complain before about any kind of clothing store but today i had the most horrible visit ever. I had went with my mother to this ross cause we loved all the selection they had. so we went and spend 2 hours to have a full cart of things we were going to buy. has we went to the check out, i wanted to see watches, where the jewelry were at. I kid you not, within two minutes that i left my cart, like 5 foot away from me, to speak to a coworker of what watch i wanted, my cart was taken away. I had ask about where had the cart went to the coworkers who were near by to have them say that a customer may have taken it. i stupidly believed them that i went to look around the store for my cart to not find it any where. so i wanted to talk to a manger about it and she was no help at all. She didn't even seemed to care and just said that customers take carts away all the time. so i was about to just leave, but on the glance i saw that 1/3 of my stuff that i wanted was up with the cashier's sorting area. So they were so quick to blame it on customers that they don't even want to admit that a coworker took the whole cart away or even bother to ask around. I was so upset cause all they can say is you can just go and find everything again and i was not about to go look again just to find what i wanted when i had finish. worst customer...
Read moreI was at the store around 7:30-8:30pm tonight on 10-14-2024. The white lady with glasses and curly hair at the very left register was very helpful and friendly. Today is a holiday. From the empty shelves I can tell there were many transactions. I appreciate her positive spirit after such a long day work. Also I want to say thank you to the black security guard next to the register. He was around 6ft tall. Short hair, standing straight, not standing casually nor in a sloppy way. He greeted me in a happy voice when I entered the store. When I was in the line at the register, a guy covered in dirt and grease entered the store. Security guard was paying close attention to that guy with his eye sight immediately. I like to shop after work, unfortunately Pasadena now became not safe. But with this security guard, I know this ROSS is safe. Also from my many visits to this ROSS, there is a white cashier girl in her early 20s in straight hair and smoky eye makeup/black eyeliner. She is always fast and busy checking out customers. ALWAYS. These 3 employees deserve a raise. I took 1 star away because this store offers less selections on product choice comparing to other ROSS. Read moreZayana is very unprofessional and rude. I came in to make a return and she rudely asked. “Is this used???”. Her attitude and demeanor were very hostile. She proceeds to scan my receipt and then says, “it’s not even on the receipt”. The item was of course on this receipt. Why would I bring in an incorrect receipt. The name of the item is also on the receipt so I kindly point it out to her. She says she’s going to re-scan and somehow, magically it showed up. There are nice ways of saying things and she definitely needs training on customer service. She could have said something along the lines of, “By any chance, was the item used?” Or “Is this the correct receipt for this item?,” It doesn’t cost 💲 to be kind. Way to ruin someone’s day.
