I pulled up and there were only a few cars in each of the 2 lanes. I decided to order on the app, but doubted I would be able to order fast enough before reaching the speaker. I was wrong, I had enough time. The car in front of me exited the line and the truck in front of them went around the side. I waited at the speaker until 3 people from lane 1 were served before going inside. I had asked for a manager and told him what happened. I had said that I had been in line for about half an hour and no one was taking orders at lane 2. He didn't believe me and said that the line was moving. It was actually closer to 20 to 25 minutes when I had checked the time, but that doesn't negate that lane 2 was not being serviced. I asked for my order, which I received about 6 minutes later after he said it was in the back. The food seemed okay, there was no ice in the machine but the fountain drinks are cold so that's not the worst thing in the world. Still, not the worst McDonalds that I've been to, so it gets 2 stars. If I have a better experience at this location I'll adjust my rating. A simple acknowledgement of the problem would have gone a long way instead of saying that I was wrong and continuing to ignore the issue. I would have left had I not already...

Read moreI live here and I can say without doubt one of the WORST McDonald's on the coast. Where to start. I've been in line for over 20 minutes already, they are only accepting cash tonight. This isn't anything new. They are ALWAYS out of something, or computers are down, or straight up closed for maintenance. The staff are usually young kids who aren't properly trained or someone who you can instantly tell that this person hates his/her customer service job. They don't care and can't be bothered. 90 percent of the time my order is wrong or for the most part Incomplete! They also shut there ice cream machine down nightly at 11, but sometimes some idiot shuts it down at 10. why the hell would a business shut there ice cream machine down at night when that is the peak time to sell ice cream.
