This place sucks big time. Can't give it a lower score because it won't let me. I called today at 10:30 am to see if they delivered due to the bad weather they said yes. At 10:40 am called them and placed my order. I informed them that other coworkers where probably going to call and order food for lunch to give them the heads up so that maybe they could plan on just doing one trip to take it easier on them..you know to help out. We specifically request the food dropped of at 12:00 pm due to our lunch time asked if it could be done they assured they could.
1st time they came they didn't arrive until 12:28 pm the order was incomplete we had 3 pizzas missing and they brought receipts for missing pizzas asking people to signed for them without getting there food. One of my coworkers ordered there brownies they were burnt.
2nd time they came brought 1 correct pizza, 1 incorrect pizza and the other brought a sandwich instead of a pizza. Mind you i called the order in and explained exactly what i wanted. So i called there store rightfully upset, complained to the manager, i expressed that at this point i shouldn't even have to pay anything. The managers replied ok well i can send the money back to your card and cancel the order. No I'm sorry for all the mess up, no let us make it right to you, we will send the 2 correct missing pizzas no charge it's on us. What a lame as manager she was. I knew i should of ordered from Pizza Hut. That was the last time I get anything from that place. Oh regional manager Edie expect my call from me and other unsatisfied customers. Singed upset...

Today I called an order in and it was a total mess when it got here my sandwich wasn't cut in half as it usually is and however cut the pizza should get some training cause it was all over the place. Lastly I ask for one of my pizzas to have pineapple and sausage and I got pepperoni and sausage instead.
