Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Pasco

This place sucks big time. Can't give it a lower score because it won't let me. I called today at 10:30 am to see if they delivered due to the bad weather they said yes. At 10:40 am called them and placed my order. I informed them that other coworkers where probably going to call and order food for lunch to give them the heads up so that maybe they could plan on just doing one trip to take it easier on them..you know to help out. We specifically request the food dropped of at 12:00 pm due to our lunch time asked if it could be done they assured they could.

1st time they came they didn't arrive until 12:28 pm the order was incomplete we had 3 pizzas missing and they brought receipts for missing pizzas asking people to signed for them without getting there food. One of my coworkers ordered there brownies they were burnt.

2nd time they came brought 1 correct pizza, 1 incorrect pizza and the other brought a sandwich instead of a pizza. Mind you i called the order in and explained exactly what i wanted. So i called there store rightfully upset, complained to the manager, i expressed that at this point i shouldn't even have to pay anything. The managers replied ok well i can send the money back to your card and cancel the order. No I'm sorry for all the mess up, no let us make it right to you, we will send the 2 correct missing pizzas no charge it's on us. What a lame as manager she was. I knew i should of ordered from Pizza Hut. That was the last time I get anything from that place. Oh regional manager Edie expect my call from me and other unsatisfied customers. Singed upset...

After years of ordering our favorite Friday night treat dinners here nearly every single week for years, I thought I would ask my husband to call in an order today since we both had a pizza craving. We also needed a pizza box to transport the dessert that we made as a special surprise for our friend’s birthday party tomorrow, and thought we could purchase an extra box along with our order. I suppose I should have just gone to WinCo in the first place, since Dominos cannot be bothered with small requests like a spare cardboard box. The boy that spoke with my husband left him on hold for more than 3 minutes to speak to the manager, then came back only to tell him, “No, we can’t do that.” Wouldn’t even let us pay for the cost of a box. Not even an affected tone of concern for customer service on his end. He promptly asked my husband if he would like to go ahead and place his order. Not tonight… lost...

Not very happy I order from here 2 to 4 times a month basically same order every time. Today I called an order in and it was a total mess when it got here my sandwich wasn't cut in half as it usually is and however cut the pizza should get some training cause it was all over the place. Lastly I ask for one of my pizzas to have pineapple and sausage and I got pepperoni and sausage instead. I called to tell the manager and he popped off on me saying he took my order and repeated it several times no he didn't. Only reason I am giving 3 stars is because this is the first time I had a problem with this store. For the franchise owner your manager Angel needs some customer service training. He was totally rude and didn't apologize for...
