Update: 8/22/24 Spoke with Mario today. He has addressed the employee and has made this situation better, by having understanding of it. I appreciate your willingness to correct these issues. I will be in again potentially when I am in the area.

Old Review: I didn't want to have to leave a review but I've given this place multiple chances and this last time was absolutely bs. I asked for 2 live resin cartridges. Live resin is processed multiple ways commonly with butane or propane. However you can also cold press and hot press to get live resin as well. So when I asked for a non bho live resin cartridges, cold pressed if they have it, dude offers me 2 cartridges by baddog strains. They are pretty good for bho so I'm not knocking baddie. How ever the employee working when I asked for them to make it right by swapping out just 1 of the carts I purchased for 1 I wanted. Instead of being kind and trying to act like an adult he went into full toddler mode. I didn't even try to continue to educate him on how misinformed he was on how the different concentrates are processed. Anywho like he said google is your friend maybe I should do so research and get online. Unfortunately we most definitely will not be back in. The owner is cool but the one employee having no common courtesy to customers is...

I have a a new update… The first time I came here, the service and atmosphere were great as you can see my comment below. Unfortunately, my latest visit was a different story. A guy named Jordan helped me, but he couldn’t stop talking the entire time, making the experience uncomfortable. Meanwhile, two women in the back were loudly bickering about my transaction with the young budtender, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It felt chaotic and immature — not what I expect from a dispensary. Between the constant chatter, and feeling like I was being gossiped about right in front of me, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Xavier, and let me tell you, they are AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Their knowledge of the products was top-notch—whether it was flower, edibles, or concentrates, they knew exactly what to recommend based on my preferences. They took the time to explain the effects, strains, and even suggested new things to try that I hadn't thought of before. Not only are they knowledgeable, but their positive energy and friendly vibe made the whole experience even better. If you're looking for expert advice with a personal touch, Xavier is the go-to person. 10/10...

I LOVE this dispensary. The vibes are super chill. It's always super clean. The decorations and display cases are always lit and match the season which I think is awesome and fun! I usually get really bad anxiety going into places like this but it was so welcoming and laid back, easy to follow the flow of things. All the staff are helpful and sweet. I appreciate each of them when I come in. They actually chat it up with you which makes it super easy to communicate your needs. It's nice to see familiar faces too. Overall, it's a nice experience. I feel excited and relaxed knowing that I got what I wanted and paying for it was easy peasy. I come here quite often and it's definitely my favorite pot shop.
