Stacks Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Pasco

Better as a food truck than a restaurant.

We paid $25 for 3 tacos and a side of only rice. I had originally asked for 3 tacos that were no more than $4 each- the server suggested a combo. I failed to realize making it a combo (by adding rice) is a $13 upgrade.

The horchata was extremely powdery and we asked the server if we can get a new one and I can tell she just took it to the back and gave us the same drink. No mixing could save it 😆.

The restaurant was not full yet we had to wait a good while for our check to come- even after flagging down another server and walking over to the bar area for attention.

I’m so sad that this place is such a disappointment after wanting to try it from seeing it on social media. The food was mediocre and way too overpriced. The servers could be more attentive. They also played the same 3 songs on repeat throughout our visit which is funny since I expected more from a place that tries to be a...

This was a big let down. I was looking forward to trying a California Burrito, as this is one of the few places in town that has them. I walked in and ordered one to go. They asked me what sort of salsa with it, I asked for green. Twenty five long minutes later I'm handed a bag of food.

Once I got back to my destination I discovered that I was given a burrito, but not a California burrito - There were no fries in it, just beans and rice instead. They also gave me one tiny green salsa container as well as a red salsa. Why bother asking what kind if you're just including both anyway?

To top it all off, they included some pickled vegetables in the to-go box with the burrito, whos juices got all over the outside of the foil the burrito was wrapped in and made it an absolute mess to eat.

I was having a bad day, and was hoping to turn it around with a nice meal. Instead their carelessness and inattentiveness...

Stacks Bar and Grill is a fantastic spot if you’re looking for a comfortable place to meet up and hang out with friends in Pasco. The vibe here is welcoming and the atmosphere is perfect for catching up or just relaxing. The drinks are definitely the highlight—they have a great selection of cocktails and spirits, and I can confirm that the beer is perfectly cold every time. It’s the ideal place to grab a refreshing drink after a long day. As for the food, it was okay. The menu has a lot of good Mexican options, but I found the dishes we tried to be generally decent rather than spectacular. That said, it’s certainly sufficient bar food to pair with the excellent drinks. Overall, come here for the great drinks and the social atmosphere. We always have a great time...
