Truly a disappointment. The best way I think to put it is they are no longer putting any effort into their craft. I paid $60 for 3 people and after you eat you are left with an unsatisfactory feeling and a puddle of grease on your plate. AND to top it off they got my order wrong as I said no onions and they left an item out. I will not be back there are way too many other trucks that are still making good quality food. The problem here is they have a bunch of kids working with probably no work ethic and the quality is just not there. Stacks Mobile Bistro- Pasco Overall, it's not too bad, but not great. Parking was no problem, plenty of room to park. No customers in line or waiting. Usually, I wouldn't stop, but I did like the one in Kennewick when they opened. So I figured I would give it a try. The Bomb tacos were pretty good for the most part. The regular street tacos were about the same as you get at most taco trucks. These were just a bit dry. it definitely needs sauce or something. This is the 2nd time, I've given this mobile Mexican Food a try and BOTH times they got my order wrong.
