Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Pasco

I work not far from round table and go there often as I love their food especially their salad bar. I’ve always had great customer service but not today.. Amanda is very rude , so rude that today was my last day going here. All over the salad dressing. I order 2 to go she hands me the tiniest container for salad dressing. I kindly ask for the bigger one she starts lecturing me that the one she gave me is what it comes with. I’ve been coming here at least 2 times a week and have always gotten the little bigger one I explained.. she refused to budge finally I said I will pay for it I need the bigger one. With a if “looks could kill” she charges me 1.49 and gives me one container… I asked for her name because she definitely needs customer service training…Amanda do better if you’re working with the public as it’s obvious you should not be at the front… I told my co workers I would not return to this round table...

My sons basketball team had a pizza party so I ordered our food in advance and it was supposed to be ready when we got there or very soon after. After about 30 minutes of waiting and a few other families that ordered when they arrived and had already had their food and we still did not, my husband went to check and instead of bringing it to our table like they do and had for everyone (that's the reason they gave us a number) they had boxes it up and just had it sitting on the counter--- not the end of the world but was a little frustrating. The lady at the counter was nice but got very flustered very quickly as more people arrived. I love round table pizza but wish I had been able to eat it as soon as it was ready instead of it sitting in the box on the counter for...

Yesterday I ordered pizza online and I was going to pick up because I was going to do some running around in the area. It said the pizza would be ready in about 15-20 min so by the time I go to the Round Table it would be ready. I walked in and they asked for my name they looked it up and I must have ordered it to the other Round Table. The lady behind the counter was very nice and said that if I wanted they could cancel the other order and make one there. Or she could give directions to the other store. I didn't want to go the the other side of town in rush hour traffic so they set me up there. The food was ready in less than 10 min. Great people working there. The pizza was my favorite and was...
