I do not recommend eating at this place. This is the second time that we tried and we just cannot. The first time was four years ago the pho that we ordered was half cilantro and the rest was soup and the other ingredients.

today, Friday, 29 August, we decided to give them another shot after many years and we ordered beef teriyaki, half noodles half rice with veggies. They failed. There's no teriyaki sauce anywhere. I called to tell them about it. I spoke with one person, instead of resolving the problem she passed the phone to another staff member so that she can attend somebody that walked in instead of finishing our call. The second staff manager started asking what the problem was. I had to explain again and then she has a chef, and she asked the chef to check the order for extra teriyaki, I kept telling her I didn't ask for extra teriyaki, I asked for teriyaki of which there was none. It's just the whole situation with Service after Covid. All these restaurants that are complaining about going out of business, but their lack of service is noticeable. I'm sure I'm not the only person that notices that the quality of the ingredients. The quality of the service is all gone down and the prices have all gone up. It's just not worth it to go out to eat anymore, especially when they're gonna...

I ordered from their website (for pickup/ to go). 2 simple dishes (pud see ew and Thai stir fried basil) came to over $50 without a tip, no drinks, no add-ons. Just 2 dishes. When I arrive at the restaurant, they don't have any prices on the overhead menu...at all. But, I grabbed one of about 50 take home menus and looked at prices-- they were all about $10 cheaper per dish! So I asked why.. they said "oh. Those are not good prices".. prices, over here...the person pointed to a little menu with handwritten scribble all over it where prices had been marked with a sharpie...and they were different yet....cheaper than the website, but more expensive than the take home menus. They were asking over $9 for a Thai iced tea! In the store, she gave me a " discount".. only $6.50 for each drink. So I went home to eat and drink. The food was simply not good...nothing was fresh-- not even the rice. My Thai wife was in shock that they could call it Thai food. Our Thai teas had boba at the bottom...but it was black licorice flavored..ack! I assume that was some left-over stuff they were trying to get rid of. I don't recommend this place any more...which is sad because it used to be good...

Great food worst customer service!. Went in to order on 11/27 @ 7pm and the young lady at the register was not very friendly. She had hickeys on her neck, was chewing gum no smile and all i got when i walked up was "yeah?" But didn't look at me so i was not sure if she was addressing as Proceeded to take my order, asked " what else?" With a flat tone..wouldn't look at me directly when speaking as she was also talking to the cook behind her and telling him "i am not even mad chill " so I had to ask for her to repeat her question, honestly? i agreed with the cook, she looked mad. Did no repeat order and handed me the receipt to sign with a response " Sign"...

Nothing pleasant about it. Definitely did not deserve a tip, but I did walk out with a sour experience on customer service, knowing co worker business or issues and knowing the color of her gum.... Being in the customer service/hospitality industry for a while now, i would of failed her on the spot on any audit/secret shopper...definitely needs some training or at least be...

I went to Noodle Zone today, and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. When we first walked in, the restaurant looked dirty—sometimes those “hole-in-the-wall” places surprise you with amazing food, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. We ordered chicken teriyaki, beef & shrimp teriyaki, and salad rolls. Both entrees had no flavor, and what flavor was there didn’t even resemble teriyaki. The salad rolls tasted like they had absorbed the smell of an old refrigerator—completely unappetizing. On top of that, the sauces left on the tables had spoons stuck in them, the lids were left open, and there were gnats actually inside the sauces. I’ve been to plenty of restaurants with sauces on the table, but I’ve never seen that before. Overall, this place felt unsanitary, the food was terrible, and I honestly don’t understand how it hasn’t been shut down or at least reported
