Waited 25 minutes for a plain bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, everything bagel with light veggie cream cheese, and a Taylor ham egg and cheese on a roll. I understand people call in and order, but I literally saw 10 people come in after me, order similar items and somehow got their food before me. One guy came in about 15 minutes after me, said hi to the grill guy, placed his order what appeared to be a hot sandwich with hash browns on it and somehow got his order before mine. When I asked about my order, got nothing but a rude comment and bad attitude.

Bagel mediocre at best, not even jalapeño cream cheese on it as ordered. Everything bagel was a few sad poppy seeds sprinkled on it to pass it off as an everything. The supposed “light cream cheese” was smeared all over the tin foil it was wrapped in and had more cream cheese than my plain bagel. Taylor ham had two disappointing see through pieces of Taylor ham between an egg with uncooked cold cheese on a Kaiser not even heated up.

Seriously, look some place else. Plenty of other spots in the area making much better quality food with a nicer staff. You won’t see me...

Waited 10 mins in the store just to pick up an order I called in 20 mins prior just to have them forget to include the waffles I paid for. I called them back and told them they forgot to include my waffles. Keep in mind this process is now going on 30 mins, whatever eggs and bacon I ordered with the waffles they forgot are now COLD. So They tell me I can come pick up the waffles, I simply reply can you make a fresh order of everything. My bacon is cold and the over easy eggs are now basically rubber. They tell me it doesn’t make sense to make the whole order over again. I responded how can it not make sense to make a warm order of food for someone you charge for a whole meal and then only gave them part of it. Of which the same customer now has to drive another 10 mins back to the store just to pick up the rest of the food you charged me for and didn’t give me. Literally none of this is the fault of the customer. But somehow I’m supposed to be happy with buying cold food now. The worst customer service. Lost a regular customer over 2 eggs and bacon that you already have cooked on...

I have to admit that I'm extremely disappointed this time around with Bagel Brunch. My friend and I at work this morning decided to order via grub hub, for the third time. The delivery man showed up and asked for extra money, after we had paid on the app. He explained that the prices of the menu went up and so there was a difference in payment owed. We explained that is not our fault, we paid what we were told. The delivery man was understanding, but explained there was nothing he could do, "that yes, someone should have called us"

As a business myself, my prices change regularly. Not only do I make sure to update these on all platforms. I understand this could be challenging for a busy business, but the cardinal rule in any good business is to keep a happy customer. The fact they could not eat a couple dollar difference is beyond me, when this was clearly their problem.

Bagel Brunch- if you're changing your prices. Update your apps or disable them. I would do this sooner than later so you don't surprise customers at the last...

I don’t say this lightly — this bagel shop is perfect. From the moment you walk in, the smell of fresh-baked dough hits you like a warm hug. The staff is friendly, fast, and actually remembers your order if you come more than once (which you absolutely will). The bagels? Absolute perfection. Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside — exactly how real bagels should be. Whether you’re into the classics like everything with cream cheese or want to build a massive bacon-egg-and-cheese, everything tastes fresh and made with care. They don’t skimp on toppings either — generous cream cheese, thick-cut bacon, flavorful spreads. Plus, the coffee is surprisingly good too, not just an afterthought like in most places. Clean tables, quick service even during busy hours, and a vibe that’s both cozy and no-nonsense. It’s the kind of place that becomes part of your morning routine without you even realizing it. If you’re looking for the gold standard of bagels, this is it. No notes. Just go.

First time here and let me tell you: I will definitely be back! I tried the french toast sandwich, which was unreal. I was worried that it would be heavy, but it was actually was so tasty and not too heavy at all! I would definitely order again. The chicken fingers definitely get a mention because my 2 year old nephew does not speak too many words but the entire time was saying “woww” and “mmmmm” so they are definitely a must have according to him! Atmosphere wise, there is so much seating and they have so much throwback music playing, which makes it such a vibe. The staff definitely were so friendly from the second we walked in and were chatting with us the whole time. Will definitely be back!

Nice breakfast spot! I wanted a toasted everything flagel (flat bagel) as it’s said it’s available online, however when I got there they weren’t available at all, but that’s okay. So, I ordered a toasted everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. The young man who took my order seemed to not want to be there, which made it awkward. Pretty good bagel, however the bagel tastes raw and you can’t really taste the seeds, it tastes more like a plain bagel.
