I was prepared to make a glowing feedback for this product and brand, but unfortunately, after receiving the good, I can't deliver on that expectation.

The product is good, but feel a bit cheap to be honest. The bag is a lot lighter than I would have expected a full leather bag to weight and the bottom of the back is not cushioned at all so watch out for your computer.

The big issue I got though was around the pricing. You pay a price plus a delivery fee of 130$ to order the bag. Then when the package gets to you, the shipping company asked me to pay an additional 133$ for shipping costs across the border. In small characters before you buy it is saying that the company has no idea of the different fees to cross their product between borders so it is at your own risk. I feel like I have paid the shipping twice and it is not like it was a cheap shipping fee. Additionally, and that is the frustrating part, I could have bought the bag 60$ cheaper at a distributor.

I will never purchase any products from this company directly ever again and I would not recommend even to buy with a distributor because of the customer service. I have asked them if they could do something to make it right for the situation, but they have said no without any hesitation or flexibility. If you have a problem with the bag, good luck using the lifetime warranty. I have a feeling that it is more of a marketing keyword for them than anything real.

Literally the best made and most rugged case I have ever owned. I use one of their double gusset cases with flap opening. The case has retained its shape and somehow the leather still looks crisp after 4 years! I am a heavy duty user of these cases and even the most expensive ones have not had the lifespan that this one has had.
