Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Passaic

Worst Employee ever!!!! There is a Spanish lady that works there that have no work ethic no professionalism she should not be a cashier. This lady is Very RUDE she doesn’t not like her job or a people person so Rude to her customers like she was to me OMG!! She should not be the front person of anything. If I came with a rude or nasty attitude I would understand her attitude but no this lady either she didn’t understand me so I spoke Spanish to her and told her they didn’t give the correct change to my son he gave $15 to a $10 pizza they gave him no change back she was totally rude like I was stealing from her or lying for $5 and when I ask for the Manager she said I was going crazy lol she said on quote are u alright from your head 😳 now I got mad and said “Lady you saw the type of car Im driving I told her Is not a cheap Jeep Does it look like I need to be lying please (show her what I work for😊)” Anyways this Lady doesn’t need to be working as a cashier my son will not be going there again and if manager doesn’t tell her nothing I will still report her with headquarters of lil Caesar even if this is a Franchise or what ever it is I was a cashier long time agoooooo and never treat customers like this lady did and never ate in front of customers either omg the odyssey...

Good pizza bad service with an attitude. Ordered online on Seamless, came in rude lady said she didnt have and online order for me. I showed her the receipt and said it wasn't online, my order was on Seamless. I was like the order was placed online, and regardless, the fact of the matter is that the order wasn't even started yet. She literally started right after the attitude and after i showed her the online order I placed. Really dont care for semantics or a bad attitude. So regardless of where, how, what app, the order was never placed. Rude woman. So now I am here. Drove 10 minutes expecting my pizza and all i got was an attitude and forcing me to wait. Went into this Little Caesars to get a couple pizzas and ended up in an epic security camera movie. Just as received my order, a super angry guy charges in through the door screaming at me how I cut him off and didn’t use my blinker as I pulled into the parking lot. Before I can even fully recognize what was happening, he threw a punch but then out of nowhere the guy behind the counter jumped over it like he's been waiting for this moment his entire life and just beats the living snot out of the guy. The guy ran off and the cashier just dusted his shoulder off. I asked "are you ok man?”. He looked me straight in the eye and said "Dawg, this is Little Caesars. We always hot and ready." Five stars.
