Update 3/17 popeyes is now illegally dumping expired coupons in apartment complexes to save a few bucks in recycling fees. And yet they are driving from Brooklyn to NJ to do it. Unreal what these businesses get away with. Decided to stop by Popeyes to pick up food on the way yo work. They are supposed to open at 10:30am and arrived at 10:45am and to my surprise, the doors were still locked with workers inside. They saw multiple people outside and choose to iqnore the customers. I guess the opening time and customers service are no more than suggestions at this chain. Wont bother wasting my time and money at this location again.

They are some of the non-english-speaking, Trying to slang every piece of chicken out the door, Getting your order wrong half the time, But taking care of their own people at the same time{AND DON'T GET IT TWISTED I HAVE OVER 7 NATIONALITIES IN MY FAMILY I'M NOT RACIST OR PREJUDICE} I had the experience of them giving my order to the person that ordered after me I ordered a family meal deal with extra sides the people behind me ordered the $5 meal boxes three of them, I watched them walk out with my food and heard him tell them in Spanish would he didn't think I knew the deaths that Marino's food. I visited the Popeyes in Passaic this afternoon and the staff was completely incompetent with service. My order was incorrect and overcharged me and upon me asking the cashier to fix it and refund me she gave me a hard time. She called over a manager and she also gave me a hard time. She became snotty with me and visibly annoyed when I tried to explain the situation. She was only speaking in Spanish as i was communicating with her in English. After going over what I ordered 5xs she finally got the order correct. As I was walking away to leave the building I can hear her talking about me in Spanish. Worst customer service. Fat girl at the counter said she had to up charge my drink because she only had large cups. I saw a stack of medium cups next to them. So i asked her why not just give me the medium cups. She said those are for employees only. Not only did she give me the stink eye but a nasty attitude to match. It’s so unfair that this Popeyes location is so poorly ran. I gave them this second chance after my first terrible experience when they had no dipping sauce no chicken and no working soda machine. This time my dissatisfaction is because of the rude fat girl behind the register... My advice as a customer is hire people that poses...
