Originally, I had a bad experience at the location in paterson. The owner was so quick to reach out and fix their error. They offered great solutions and promised my next experience would be better. The manager at the Passaic location is so kind and attentive. I believe his name is Christian. He has such a great vibe and amazing attitude. Had a Fantastic experience with Mr.Waffle! They absolutely have the best Crepes!! I highly recommend you try their Oreo Crepe. It was very delicious and fresh. Customer Service was amazing the lady at the cashier was super nice and welcoming. They were so friendly that they gave us water after having a great Crepe full with Nutella. The portions are great! Came here with my parents and my little sister around 10pm and had such an amazing experience. The lady working gave my little sister a free snack while my sister was waiting for her order.
